Great invention! Boosts HW flow to whole house.
Great customer advice on which type of model to use and where in the system to fit it. We were originally going to have to pay over £800 for a plumber to fit a pump, so we thought we'd try this Shower Booster first ( for only £126) and it was amazing!. We fitted on the hot water supply pipe after the cylinder and its boosted the flow to the all hot water taps in the house. Fantastic invention and fantastic service!

Inexpensive option which has produced a noticeable improvement in our shower water pressure
This was suggested by our plumber who had done some research and told us that it looked like a good option to increase our shower water pressure in terms of cost and ease of installation. We were impressed with how quickly it was installed and the results have be very good.

Excellent customer service
10 years ago I fitted one of this company's booster pumps to my shower system and during this time it has worked faultlessly. When it suddenly stopped working I contacted the company and they sent a replacement motor. So two days later the shower's performance was restored.

Boosting Gravity Fed Hot Supply
Been meaning to boost the gravity hot supply to our bath/shower for about 25 years. Always a faff to balance with the mains cold. Half an hour and power booster is installed and all is perfect.
TBH, had I not been curious to watch videos by the inventor Alan Wright and realising he is only from up the road (Norwich) it's not something I probably would have chosen for my need's. Thank you algorithms for being useful for once or I would never have found these fantastic pumps!
Alan is obviously a very passionate man with regards to water and I found his YouTube videos really fascinating, if only there were more 'little' people like him giving good, solid advice and explaining things fully in an easy relaxed fashion. Thank you.

Amazing Customer Service
Before the purchase I received a call-back phone call from the inventor of the Shower Power Booster. He spent a lovely amount of time explaining the best set up for my particular situation.
Once installed. the shower gave about twice the force it had previously (it is a gravity-fed system)

Great water booster .
The product was great and it done the job it said .It was with me in a couple of days after order .I also needed to replace it some years later due to a noise problem.Again the service and politeness of the contact receptionist was great .Would definitely recommend the product and company.

We offer a full money back no quibble guarantee for any customer not satisfied with our pumps so I am surprised that you have not asked for a refund and you have not asked for advice. You bought a SP21S which is to double boost the hot or double boost the cold. This will have given you mains pressure on the hot or on the cold. All pumps always solve pressure problems but they can never solve capacity problems or problems not related to pressure. Its not too late to discuss the problem with me to at least get the problem diagnosed, I have been solving problems since 2010 so I invite you to email me at alanderekwright@icloud.com
