Dual pump system
I purchased the dual pump system to equalise my hot gravity fed water to my cold mains fed water for a shower. Works brilliantly. Great service from the head office team when I had a query.

Prompt and immediate communication, gave advice on how to possibly resolve my problem. Should that fail there was no hard sell and gave me the cheapest alternative advice on replacement parts. Immediate next day delivery and my SPB was back up and running.

saviour!
Working very well on an unvented cylinder directly on the mains inlet. Shower has gone from a dribble to a consistent, powerful experience. This is not a power shower rip your skin off update but fantastic for unvented cylinders households suffering from low pressure and poor flow.

Not too good for us.
I upgraded the pumps to the new ones, they do not seem as powerful as the ones I replaced. I am currently looking for a better way to get more power on the water.

You bought a double boost SP21S 15th July 2019 and two upgrade SP2U the February 2024.
You now have four half bar SPB pumps which fitted together will give you the equivalent of mains pressure on the hot and cold. It should give you a brilliant shower (see this customer video)

The product itself actually works!
We had trouble with one of the pums but Customer Service posted another one so problem was solved within 48h!
Pumps are small and fit easily against pipes in small areas. We are happy with the product

Delivered really quickly
Delivered really quickly. Easy to follow instructions make installation easy too. Fitted to cold water feed for house and has increased pressure and electric shower works well and other taps benefit from this as well. Would buy again.

SP22S Shower Power twin micro pump kit
Prompt reply to technical queries on my application combined with easy ordering & fast delivery. My mains pressure Hot & Cold water thermostatic shower performance was a little variable. Boosting the Hot feed with an auto flow switched pump improved the shower performance greatly. The pump is a little noisy, but not compared to the twin head pumps sometimes used, that also take a lot more power.

Lovely Showers at last!!!
Transaction was perfect and the shower pressure I now have is unrecognisable! I had an issue with the imbalance between hot and cold pressure feeding from a gravity system and the pressure was awful!! I fitted two pumps on each hot and cold (sp21s) this allows the pumps to monitor and regulate pressure together as well as having twice the pumping ability. It cost just under £300 with the discount for sending in a video and I'm so happy with it. I would have previously put a pump in the loft, but running a whole new electrical circuit from the ground floor under the stairs, all the way to the loft was a real pain! With these pumps I could just run a small extension from a socket in the loft, plug in the two pumps and away they went. They took me about twenty minutes to actually plumb in, the rest of the time was messing around getting tools, sorting loft insulation etc. All told, it was done in an hour.

Brilliant service, easy to fit and works as it should
It's a very good system and does what it says on the tin although I did think it might be a bit more powerful but it's a definite improvement on what we had before and makes a pretty dismal shower into a decent one that I'm happy to use.
I would definitely recommend.

You bought a SP22S (Two Pumps to single boost the hot and single boost the cold). To get an event better shower you could double boost the hot and the cold.
Easy fit. Reliable.
Second time I have purchased Shower Power Booster. Used this time on a gravity fed shower. As previously, very pleased with results. Easy fit. Almost silent. Perfectly reliable. Will be buying another for a slow running hot tap in the near future.

The pump kit we purchased works well and is great value for money.
Even though we had an issue with a faulty transformer, Alan and his staff were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and swift to send a replacement which arrived overnight.
