I can’t fault the quality, service and support of everyone at Shropshire Homes. I have recently purchased at Foundry Point in Whitchurch and the whole process has been great. This has been thanks in large to Sarah in the sales office who is simply exceptional.
Not only is she very knowledgable, she takes time to get to know you and is always on hand to offer help, advice or time to discuss options and answer questions (for which I had many!)
The site team have been superb, and have talked through the build, the houses and the future plans.
This is my second Shropshire Homes purchase and I am so pleased to have another property that I am sure will be as wonderful as the first.

Show Home well presented, helpful knowledgeable staff, friendly always there to answer your questions. Always a smile, and sometimes a cup of coffee or tea. They say for something positive there is always a negative. In this case, no bacon sandwich with your morning coffee or no Victoria Sponge with afternoon tea, You cannot have it all.

We cannot recommend Shropshire homes enough.
From start to finish they have been fantastic and gone above and beyond.
We went round several developments in the area and none of them compared to Shropshire homes. We cannot thank them enough from Liam the site manager to Ruth the sales executive who made the process very easy and could not have given us anymore of her time, she is a real credit to the company.

Buying process at Forest Edge has been super easy. Great team to deal with, so thanks to Ruth, Liam, Roger and Andy.

Even though i love my house so many issues, wonky window ledges leaking sink, sunken bath and dented door. i reported the door over 12 months ago to sight manager and sales manager but now i have had someone out to look they just want to replace with new letter box, absolute joke of a company’s they take no accountability for anything. said it wasn’t mentioned on handover but due to their mess up i wasn’t able to be there at handover, it’s all about paper trails x Disgrace of a company they are your best friend when buying but soon as contract completed they dont want to know quick to get your money, after sale care is the worse i have ever come across. I definitely wouldn’t buy another house of them, stay away

I moved into Foundry Point, Whitchurch 3 months ago and am totally in love with my new home. The move couldn’t have been easier and it was made a much smoother and enjoyable experience by the team on site especially the lovely on site sales lady Sarah. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and any issue is sorted straight away. All who work on the site are friendly and happy to help you out.
Thank you, moving house alone is very daunting but you all made it stress free!!

Yesterday I completed my house purchase at Foundry Point in Whitchurch.
From the first initial meeting with Sarah, the completely wonderful sales lady to completion was just damn perfect.
I had no issues at all with anyone or anything.
I was kept informed of everything going on at the plot and if I had any queries or questions they were always answered promptly.
Everyone on site were completely friendly and very approachable- nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you so much Shropshire Homes for making what could have been an incredibly stressful experience a pleasurable one.

We have just completed our purchase at Foundry Point. It was an easy process from the beginning, Sarah in sales is very knowledgeable and was supportive throughout the whole process. The builder team kept us up to date at every development stage and completed pre completion checks and went through all the things in the house ready for moving in. Completion day was very smooth and easy. Since moving in the building team and Sarah have done regular check ins to check everything is ok. The service we received from the beginning to the end was amazing and this is all down to the Shropshire homes team.

We were fortunate to be working with Maggie Hadley in the early days to secure the plot we wanted. Everyone along the way has been super helpful and informative. Now that we have moved in there's lots of support to get snagging issues sorted. Saying that we have had minimal issues woth the house.

Shropshire Homes were extremely sensitive and helpful with the purchase of the Bungalow at Crudgington Fields. The bungalow was purchased by two 86 year old's who found the experience very efficient and organised. The requested changes to the Bungalow have been completed to our exact requirements. The finish of the property is to an exceptionally high standard with only a couple of small teething problems. We would like to give a huge thank you to the entire Shropshire Homes team who made the process of purchasing this forever home a professional, efficient and respectful experience.

Just bought a lovely new home at the Whitchurch site, Sarah and the team are fantastic, you are in safe hands with them, we were always kept you in the loop and all questioned were answered in a timely manner.
A few snags were picked up with the house itself but they will be corrected over time and some of the snags have already been corrected and completed.
The team (including the building team) are all professional and willing to go out of their way to help.
Overall a great experience with Shropshire Homes and would happily recommend.

We have recently moved into our beautiful new home at Forest Edge Loggerheads.
Firstly, we would like to say a very big thankyou to the most professional, helpful, supportive and friendly Ruth Lloyd our Sales Executive. Ruth has been so helpful, always answered our queries and did so much work on our behalf by regularly chasing the estate agents and all others involved in the "chain" (she is an asset to the company).
Due to various negative factors related to the sale of our previous house, we had so many stressful, anxious times as to whether we would be able to move into our lovely new home at all.
Ruth and Shropshire homes were very understanding of our predicament, they made every effort to support us by making the eventual move as seamless and stress free as possible.
Liam our site manager and his team have ensured everything was all ready with the house, correcting some very minor niggles. Thanks also goes to Alistair who stood in for Liam whilst he was on holiday. As for the house itself, we feel the house has been built to a high standard, with attention being paid to fine detail.
We absolutely love our new home and would recommend anybody considering buying a new home to purchase from Shropshire Homes.

Buying a new build after 33 years in my current home could have been traumatic but Sarah at Foundry Point has supported me every step of the way. We've had tears & laughter as well as expert knowledge, helpful advice and a warm welcome every time I visit. I've also had a few site visits with Andy & Phil and feel I've been involved with every aspect of the build. Due to move in a few weeks time & can't wait to sit back and enjoy my new home.

We have just moved into our new home on Lawrence Park in Pontesbury. From the first viewing up to moving in, we have received excellent service from Caroline, always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. She has been so helpful right the way through, it definitely made the process of house buying less stressful for us both. We have also got to mention Darren the site manager, what a great guy, who goes over and above to make sure that everything is done to an excellent standard. He's always on hand to help, whatever we have asked of him.

We're in the process of buying at Foundry Point. Sarah in Sales has been brilliant - friendly, helpful and kind - not at all pushy. Nothing is too much trouble and she genuinely wants every customer to be happy. Andy and Phil are approachable and enthusiastic and take real pride in their work.

Myself and my partner have just completed on our first home with Shropshire Homes at the Foundry Point site, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Sarah was friendly and always on hand to answer any queries that we had. A massive thank you to Sarah, Andy and Phil - you were all great throughout the process!
