Currently going through a house purchase with Shropshire homes. We have just exchanged and everything is going really well. Sarah at Foundry point is really knowledgeable, nothing has been too much work for her. From the update phone calls / emails to picking our choices, she’s been extremely supportive all the way along. Looking forward to completing and moving in to our forever home.

Thank you so much to Shropshire Homes for making the whole experience of buying our new 'forever home' at Lawrence Park a stress free experience. A special 'thank you' goes to Caroline and Emma who 'held our hands' through the whole process, from chosing the right plot, right through picking the right finishes. The quality of the build is amazing thanks to the skilled builders led by the inimitable Darren, and we were able to see the house turn from a shell into the amazing cozy home it is now.

It’s been lovely & refreshing dealing with a company with really good customer service. The site manager Ed & the finisher Dennis have gone above & beyond getting everything sorted.

From reserving the plot to completion, Ruth has been incredible. She helped with choosing fixtures and fittings, and even chased our solicitors when we were struggling to receive answers. The property was built within the estimated time frame and the site manager was very thorough and reassuring throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shropshire Homes to anyone. From reserving the Plot to moving in to the new house, the Sales Team (Emma and Caroline) were extremely helpful during the whole process, especially when it came down to choosing the options and extras. We were also very impressed with Lawrence Park and the quality of the houses built. Darren, the Site Manager, ensured that our house was finished to the highest quality and was quick to address any issues raised. I would recommend Shropshire Homes to any potential buyer!

i've been in my new home for 3 months and i couldnt be happier … i love everything about my new home - i dont think ill ever want to move again! Fantastic customer service with very prompt follow up care (for only minor issues!!) even after the workmen were off site! caroline the sales lady was excellent from day one - incredibly efficient and made the whole process very easy for me!

We have just completed on a new home at Shropshire Homes Forest Edge development at Loggerheads. It has been such an easy process from start to finish- all the site staff have been excellent & so helpful when it came to making our choices for fittings in the new house & keeping us updated on progress. It was completed ahead of schedule with no hiccups at all. The house is finished to a good standard and options on kitchens, bathrooms etc. were excellent with a wide choice. Big thanks to Ruth, Liam & Roger who have all helped make our house purchase run very smoothly!

From first visit to post completion and move in Ruth, Liam and the team have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble, they’ve been around to support with any questions and Ruth particularly has gone the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.

We recently bought a Shropshire Homes “Ryton” home and we couldn’t be happier. Emma and Jean, the sales executives on our site, were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were honest and no pressure was applied at all at any stage. We had unusual circumstances given that we had relocated, and Jean found a way round all of our obstacles for which we will be forever grateful!

In terms of the quality of our home, we are fortunate that our site manager, Darren, is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, even small things that are extras, such as additional tiling, carpentry work etc. Darren’s attention to detail is brilliant and he treats our home as if he will be living here - that is to say, everything has to meet his high standards and be done correctly.

Having purchased a number of new build properties over a number of years, predominantly from National house builders, the sales journey and the quality of the property / development experienced with Shropshire Homes was exceptional in comparison to previous.
The sales journey was seamless from start to finish, predominantly managed by Emma Lewis, whilst Darren Evason the Site Manager, knowledgable, professional and his customer service attributes, second to none.
Based on our experience of Shropshire Homes, I would highly recommend the Developer to any potential purchasers, as the standard of our property is exceptional and the Shropshire Homes personnel, in all areas, a pleasure to interact with.

Our new home is of a very high quality. Shropshire Homes have provided a friendly, professional and flexible service throughout. Inevitably, there are snags and issues, but they are minor in the overall scheme of things and are being dealt with very well.

We have recently moved into our new home at Forrest edge. We are beyond thrilled with our new house it’s everything that we wanted. From the very beginning Ruth made everything so easy for us, always on the end of a phone or an email and you can just see that everyone cares. A special mention to Liam and Andy nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Our experience with Shropshire Homes has been outstanding from the get go. We looked at numerous new build development but we felt Forest Edge was the one for us. We put our name down for the Arundel at Forest Edge in November 2022.

I went to the sales office at the Loggerheads site to see if they were able to help me out with a project to make a maypole for our upcoming May 2nd celebrations.Ruth in the sales office and Andy ,deputy site manager we’re very obliging and interested in what was happening. We moved on to the Forest Edge development just before Christmas.
From start to finish we cannot fault the care and attention Ruth and the team have given us.
Ruth especially made the move as stress free as it could be, she was always at the end of the phone or email whenever we had a question or just to hear me vent!
We have been in our beautiful home for almost two months now. We have had the odd snag as you would expect with a new build but nothing too serious and all have been dealt with efficiently and to a high standard.
So far, so good. We cannot recommend the company and the team here enough.

Ruth at Forest Edge development was lovely to deal with and professional in answering our questions and advised us well. The development is small, well laid out, making the most of the setting by beautiful woodland.
