Sehr freundliches Team
Sehr freundliches Team. Sowohl am Telefon für die Vorabinfo, wie auch dann Vorort in München-Unterföhring freundliche und kompetente Beratung erhlaten. Bei Vertragsabschluss trotz ein paar Änderungen (Mietbeging, Lagerauswahl) überaus freundliche Handhabung durch Polina. So, würde ich jederzeit wieder zu SHURGARD gehen.

Desaströse Zustände
Desaströse Zustände. Wahre ist nach oder bei einem von Shurgard organisierten Umzug entwendet und teils zerstört worden. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig. Unfreundliche MItarbeiter. Nicht Lösungsbereit. Aussage: auch eine Strafanzeige würde nichts bringen! Unfassbar. Shurgard Unterföhring ist nicht zu empfehlen. Juristische Schritte folgen.

Der Service war super
Ich habe online einen Lagerraum reserviert und habe gleich im Anschluss vor Ort meinen Vertrag unterschrieben. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anmietung war an sich sehr unkompliziert. Leider gibt es jedoch Kunden denen es an der nötigen Höflichkeit fehlt sich einen Moment zu gedulden wenn der Mitarbeiter offensichtlich schon mit einem anderen Kunden beschäftigt ist. Vien Dank für den trotz dem tollen Service der einen extra Stern verdient hätte.

Initially attractive prices but they get increased 50% every year and cancelation terms are misleading
I have rented a storage unit due to the attractive price displayed when signing the contract. However, this attractive price is akin to 'switch and bait' since Shurgard increased prices by more than 50% at least once a year. Additionally, the contract states a 15-day notice period, which they apply to the usage of the storage unit but not the its billing. Therefore, you can expect 45-day notice period when it comes to payment.

Anmietung online war sehr einfach und auch die darauf folgenden emails waren hilfreich und verstänldich.
War spät dran an dem Tag aber dank der guten Erklärung in den emails alles sofort gefunden.
