Staff are helpful and considerate of ones needs and explained the before and during process of renting out the storage unit with care. Really great storage place to use as well as great prices.

Terrible experience with local staff
Terrible experience with local staff, who are rude, unmotivated and unaware of the very basics of customers service. I am using this service for a few months, only because I have no alternatives

The service was very good and I was impressed by the professionalism of Khaya the guy who attended to me. He took time to explain how the system works and he did not rush me to sign. He made sure I understood the terms and conditions and he answered all the questions I asked before I then signed the contract.

Surbiton - excellent service from Chris
Surbiton - a very professional and helpful staff member: Chris was on hand to go through all the procedure with us.
Nothing was too much trouble.
It made our experience with Shurguard a pleasure, and we would definitely recommend to others who are considering storage solutions.

Chris was more than helpful with helping me close my mums account following her passing.
It was something that I was stressed about but Chris was helpful, accommodating and explained everything to me very clearly.
