Shurgard Self Storage - Surbiton Avis 

Terrible experience with local staff, who are rude, unmotivated and unaware of the very basics of customers service. I am using this service for a few months, only because I have no alternatives

Exceptional Service by Khaya Surbiton Shurgard

The service was very good and I was impressed by the professionalism of Khaya the guy who attended to me. He took time to explain how the system works and he did not rush me to sign. He made sure I understood the terms and conditions and he answered all the questions I asked before I then signed the contract.

Chris (Shurgard Surbiton) made the entire process seamless for me as a customer. What would usually be a stressful move was made totally easy through the fantastic support from Chris. He was able to resolve every obstacle. Very impressed. Thank you, really appreciate the hard work.

Easy to set up clean and really secure at a nice cheap rate for first month

I have stored my stuff in Shurgard sef storage Surbiton I have lost my expensive camera and something else. This storage is very unsafe for people who store their belongings. The manager (Chris) of this store was very friendly and helpful person and his colleagues too. before you store your things, you should think twice than store it. It's very easy for thief to get your things.

Would have given 5 but was annoyed that units do not allow usage of personal padlock.
Have to use their locks and pay for it!!!
