I had previously been a customer for…
I had previously been a customer for years in a different county. When I moved to Surrey,there was no other choice to me. And this Surbiton facility is new and modern, and easy to access and use. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Very helpful
The guys at Surbiton Shurgard today were extremely helpful - helping me to give notice on one unit and arranging for a new unit for my family with minimal fuss. I highly recommend them

This is my second time using Shurgard…
This is my second time using Shurgard Surbiton. Second time. Because first time they were extremely helpful and professional. As they were this time. A returning customer is always a sign that you're doing good. After I had underestimated the amount of storage I was gonna need they were very accomodating and the issue was resolved before it even became an issue. And the after hours access is a huge bonus.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff were very helpful and efficient making the paperwork process and moving in quick and painless. I have used Surbiton storage on a previous occasion and will certainly use them again.

Exceptional service at Shurgard Surbiton
The service provided by the staff at Shurgard Surbiton is exceptional. I have used this branch since December 2021 and have always returned when needing self storage.
Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate customers requirements.
Kia and Scott have been particularly brilliant and deserve special mention.
