Showroom led to sale
The showroom is very useful, reassuring to actually see the range. All staff have been helpful and professional. The shutters were fitted when promised and within time frame. They are great!

Excellent service from start to finish. Comprehensive quotation received within 24 hours of measure. Delivered on time. Fitting was carried out very professionally and efficiently, no mess and even moved all the furniture we cleared to allow access back into place. Very high standard product. Shutters are excellent but they had to come back and clean up some small scrapes and dings the fitter made otherwise would have given 5 ⭐️ they're fine now

Great experience and product, one minor annoyance
Shuttercraft staff friendly and helpful throughout the process. Shutters fit like a glove and are well worth the money. I’ve knocked a star off as I was left with all of the packaging the shutters shipped in. There was so much of it I had to book a tip visit. Shame the fitter did not take this away in their van.

We first used Shuttercraft when we had…
We first used Shuttercraft when we had our 4 bed house. They did a wonderful job. We sold 2 years ago and moved to an apartment and we have had shutters put in there. They make the property look so beautiful. The fitters are always polite and very tidy. Can't fault at all. Just brilliant.

The shutters are everything I expected and more, good quality and look great. The service I received from entering the shop to having them fitted was exceptional. Very friendly, polite team, very respectful of your home cannot fault them.

Perfect fit
The shutters are great, the staff have been helpful and the fitter was so clean and tidy when he fitted them. They are perfectly fitted and enhance our home greatly.

Excellent non pushy initial measure up visit. Lovely blinds and they price matched. The only issue was that they left all the packaging which was a pain to get rid of as so much of it

Lots to choose from in their shop with…
Lots to choose from in their shop with good advice on which to choose, then appointment for measuring windows. A wait of 12 weeks then the day of fitting the shutters.
Fitted like a glove and look wonderful. Completely changed the look and feel of the room. Really delighted.
