Shuttercraft - Bristol Avis 

This was our second installation of shutters by Shuttercraft and again we are delighted. Everything went smoothly, from initial order to the actual installation. Our shutters look fantastic.

Great job from Shuttercraft, from the visit in the store in Westbury on trym, they were very helpful and gave us the right advice to which ones would be right for us, the measurements appointment was booked and was smooth and of course the exciting part was the fitting, Mark was friendly and made it look easy and fitted them perfectly with a great finish. Highly recommend these guys!

The windows were excellent. The fitter was excellent. Windows looks brilliant.

Measuredwindows wrong twice, fitted the blinds incorrectly twice. 4 visits and 8 months for 1 set of shutters. Still not totally right. The blinds were ‘made to fit’ rather than ‘made to measure’ as advertised. Disappointing all round. In fairness nice people to deal with but I still have ended up with a £2000 set of shutters that just aren’t quite right.

I was not impressed with the shutters. They look nice and the fitters were very pleasant and good natured but the pins come out of the track very easily and are very hard to get back in without shredding my fingers. I was told to only move them along flat but this is only possible up to the point of storing them at the end, when you have to begin to fold them and move them along. They also don't fit the space properly and therefore won't all go flat at the same time. The woman who answers the phone is quite rude and implied I was at fault for not being at home when the fitters arrived 50 minutes earlier than I was told.

Really good service from start to finish. Friendly, honest advice. Measured well and expertly fitted. Transformed the look of our property. So easy to open and close and give us the privacy we wanted.

We are delighted with our shutters and they have been much admired by friends and family. The whole process was excellent from start to finish from help to select the best shutters for us to the installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shuttercraft.

Went to the Westbury on Trym branch in Bristol and the very helpful staff there talked us through all the various options and gave us a provisional quote based on my rough measurements. Decided to go with them and an appointment was made for a representative to come round for a proper survey. Once the shutters had been made a fitter came and installed them. This was done quickly and efficiently with very little mess which was cleared up before he left. All the staff we came into contact with were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and we could not have asked for better service. Overall extremely pleased with our experience and the product and would not hesitate to recommend Shuttercraft to anyone thinking of having shutters installed.
