Robbed

Ordered products, received an email saying they've been dispatched to the courier. Courier never got them and now radio silence from Sickhaus' customer service. Amazed companies like this still exist. Blatant fraud. 😡

Steer Clear!!!

Really disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a lamp and some art work on the 1st of November. Not received. The tracking feature has no further information after the 4th of November. No response to several emails apart from the auto response. No response on Facebook, they just keep deleting my comments. I wish I had read reviews before I bought from this company. Would not buy from here again. Steer clear!!!!

Update - 27/11/24. Received the artwork by Royal Mail today. Completely creased and crumpled. Awful quality. If I could upload a photo I would. Still no lamp…

Poor quality, ignored by company, unable to return

I bought two mirrors which were really poor quality, I tried by email, Facebook and through the chat feature to return these items (items have to be approved to be returned) and nobody got back to me.

I have not received my item

I have not received my item. The tracking information says it’s been returned to sender and I’m not getting any response from the company about whether my item will be resent or if they’ll refund me the money it’s cost me

Artwork taken from independent artist still being sold...

Sickhaus removed my previous review claiming the information was false but they are still selling artwork which belongs to independent artists. It doesn't take much to google the art prints you're considering selling to see if you're taking someone else's work. Or perhaps hire a designer to design your own.

Examples of prints currently for sale belonging to other artists are:
*Botanical Tiger Canvas Print was taken from @melondaisy.art (insta)
*Proud Blooms Print was taken from @themindfulbutterflyy (insta)
*Wild & Wavy Print was taken from @camille_gressier (insta)

Terrible

Terrible! Do not buy anything from Sickhaus...
Took weeks to be delivered, poor quality, they never reply to emails, the fridge magnets didn't have any magnets on them!.....just five pieces of plastic! Avoid.......

Item not delivered for over 2 months. Ignored emails, no offer of refund.


Made an order of 2 caterpillar chairs.

The order took about 6+ weeks to arrive which was expected. Unfortunately on arrival it was clear it was sent as 2 separate orders until the first half of the order arrived and it was only one chair.
Contacted sickhaus about this and I was given the other tracking details, and they said they would contact the courier as the delivery had been held somewhere due to issues with the address (even though the other half of the delivery made it to my address with no issues)

Since then my order has been exported back to the seller and it arrived back at the seller on the 16th of October (the order was placed in August)

Multiple attempts to contact customer services have been ignored now, and no mention of a refund or redelivery even though the product has been returned to sender and I have proof of that.

Very disappointing that sickhaus have not held up their end or even bothered to contact me back regarding this. Unfortunately this seems to be a recurring issue with other people who have used their website to order things.
I hope on here I will get some correspondence,

had to complain to PayPal regarding this transaction as I never received any correspondence from Sickhaus.
PayPal did not get a reply from the vendor either.
Fortunately this was settled in my favour and I got a refund for the chair I did not receive.

Appalling service from Sickhaus will never buy from here again. Do not recommend.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! Took forever to ship, did not arrive for weeks, had to chase up. FINALLY arrived in the flimsiest packaging, damaged thin cardboard, looked like an eBay purchase. Bought the disco planter - awful and cheap looking, wonky. The smily face mirror. My god. ‘Digital design by artisans, vinyl cut etc’ the cheapest nastiest thing bent Perspex with wonky thick foam eyes and mouth. So nasty. Looks like a £3 purchase from Shein. I am absolutely furious. Spent £52 for these 2 items and that was heavily discounted. Should not be trading. I want a refund, but judging by these reviews will not get my money back, not spending more money on postage. Absolute disgrace.

Do not use!

Doesn't state the order is coming from china, said I would recieve it in 5 days but it's already been 3 weeks, it's outrageous. I could have bought the same stuff from Temu for cheaper. Would not use again and would not recommend. Wish I checked here before spending my money.

Ordered a print in their sale

Ordered a print in their sale, took weeks to come and the paper it’s printed on is awful and has got huge wrinkles on it that you can’t get out, awful quality! Won’t order from here again!

Don’t buy from this company!

Don’t buy from this company. I bought a mirror 13 September, no sign of it. No one responds to emails or DMs. They take your money and don’t deliver the products and you never hear from them. Disgusting.

Amazing for the price.

Honestly I’ve had a fantastic experience with Sickhaus. I had my heart set on the caterpillar chair but with the original being £2500 and other copies being £600 minimum to find this for just over £200 was amazing. The quality is decent for the price, it took 6 weeks to come, and there was good tracking available.
