If I could rate 0 I would! Avoid at all costs. Items not as described, poor quality, items missing from order and no response from customer service. Basically an absolute scam and rip off. Avoid!

Massively over priced.

I've always liked quite a few of their products, but have been open mouthed at the prices so never bought. Until a sale came along as well as money off coupon. Upon delivery of the bear light, I'm shocked to find it's a very cheaply made imported from china item. It's ok for £20 at the very most, but an absolute rip off for anyone who paid the original asking price of more than £80, daylight robbery! It's definitely style over substance. Cheap wholesale items bought for pence internationally and sold with an extortionate mark up, rubbish.

DON'T SHOP HERE, TRY TEMU FIRST

Don't touch with a barge pole!! Very poor quality items, most of which are for sale on TEMU at a fraction of the price. Coincidently, the item was posted from China. Total con and won't process my refund despite returning item. The bloke should stick to web design as site looks very slick, shame about cheap Chinese products.

Following your response..... Utter nonsense. And I had no reason to inform you it was damaged when I had already told you the box was bashed to bits. So badly damaged in fact, icouldny even use it to post item back to you. You failed to comment on lack of refund or email responses too. Are the reviews on here not obvious enough to let others know you are selling below par products. You are an embarrassment and should be ashamed of yourself!! If you don't already know you can get yourself a refund on TEMU for ten a penny and you probably have. No sign of mine tho.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED - POOR QUALITY

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for the Caterpillar lounger.
The description depicts a chair 'crafted from the finest suede', when in fact, it's a polyester type felt.
I ordered on 19th June, and it arrived on Friday 13th September. I did receive a generic email regarding a delay and contacted further along for information, which were responded to.
I'm disappointed to say the least, having waited so long, for a chair that was not worth the money or the wait.
The front aesthetic is passable. But underneath is an ugly lining, different in colour to the rest of the chair.
Surely it's not that difficult to make designer copy half decent?
My advice: don't bother purchasing.

Poor service

Do not buy from these people! False advertisement, items look much better quality than what they actually are and the company does not respond to any sort of correspondence at all - only way I got my money back was because I paid through Klarna, do not use! If your lucky enough to actually receive a parcel, the quality is that off SHEIN avoid like the plague

Too long to deliver and not worth it

Took over 3 weeks to receive an item. I did get an email saying there was a delay but I chased up a week after this and got ignored. Chased again and was told the item would be sent soon. It then got sent 3 weeks after order and I was told to then allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Just took way too long to receive. Wouldn't bother ordering from them again. The dispatch / delivery times on their website are pointless as they were not adhered to and I wasn't even given the option to have postage refunded which really should have automatically happened. When the item came it was just ok. It was a rug which is listed as having non slip backing however it really isn't non slip at all on a wooden floor. Overall, not the best I'm afraid.

I placed an order, only one confirmation sent from them.
Messaged them(no response). Next step report to credit card company.

Chinese scam website

Placed an order on the 26th July from what i believed to be a UK based company. Only to find out all items are drop shipped from China. Its been 3 weeks and i still havent received my full order, still missing the last product. The products i received were no where near the quality i expected for the price i paid nor did it look anything like the images displayed on the website. If i wanted cheap products i would have gone to primark and the quality would still be better and wouldnt take nearly a month to get to me. I have raised a return but even this has to be reviewed which i think is ridiculous. Im not happy with the product, i want a refund. Period. I shouldnt have to wait for someone to decide whether they want to give me a refund i am entitled for. Everything about this experience has been underwhelming and stressful. If i dont hear back from them soon i will be reporting this to my bank in hope they refund me due to the supplier selling via false advertisement. Dont do what i done, avoid this site. Its really not worth the hassle.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still have not received my item. I've contacted Sickhaus 5 times for an update on my order and didn't get a single response. I am now attempting to get a refund but yet again, cannot get a response. Very disappointing. I will not attempt buying from Sickhaus again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The site is linked with the shop app who changed all my delivery details. I contacted sickhaus within one min to which I’ve had no response, no refund and they haven’t even acknowledged my numerous emails.
No contact number either.

Please do not buy from this company. The product I ordered was terrible quality. Genuinely looked like a child had made it. I have tried to return the product, but Sickhaus’s return policy is overly complicated and I’m still waiting for the company to send me a returns form.
