Signature blinds and shutters were recommended to us by a close friend, and they did not disappoint. We received fantastic customer service from the start, fast response by email from Simon, throughout and he arranged for Neil to come out to us quickly to have a chat and measure. There was never any pressure at all, or obligation to purchase. We were given helpful advice and time to make a decision. Neil was very friendly and respectful of our home each time he visited to measure and fit our blinds in two rooms. We are so happy with our finished blinds, they have been fitted with such care, to an excellent standard which exceeding our expectations. We would definitely recommend Signature Blinds and shutters.

Great company. Prices were reasonable. They were really helpful. On site they were tidy and clean and once they'd left you wouldn't know they'd been. The shutters look lovely and are good quality. Neil wasn't happy until the job was done perfectly. We were very happy with the experience.

Signature Blinds installed some shutters for us a few years ago so when we decided to get multiple blinds fitted, we had no hesitation in going back. So glad we did! Neil provided detailed advice on which blinds would suit/fit the different windows - spotting things I would never have noticed. The communication from Simon on prices, dates etc is always timely and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. From the initial phone call for a quote through to the installation, Simon and his team were great. They had some really good ideas and suggestions to make sure we got the right blind for what we needed. They were very flexible with the timings for the installation, as we had to change it a few times. The blind is perfect, very good quality, looks smart, matches our kitchen,and the price was very good, we would thoroughly recommend!!

Neil and Simon were excellent. We have two young children and Neil suggested nightshade blinds which are much better than normal black out blinds in reducing light. A national competitor didn't even offer this product. They both have been very professional and courteous throughout. Very pleased to have used an excellent local business in fitting our new blinds.

Had my shutters fitted by Signature Blinds, Neil is lovely kept me up to date on everything,I even changed my mind off the different way I wanted the shutters to look (set back not pitcher frame style) so he had to come back again and measure because they was a different fitting he was so nice about it (another company probably would not off took the time to come back and made me go with my original order) but nothing to to much hassle for this company, the only thing is I really should off had them fitted years ago they change the hole style off my house, I really recommend this company so much they definitely go out there way to make u happy
