Signature Recruitment Limited Avis 

I have been working with signature for the past 3 or 4 years and have been very grateful for all of their assistance and support with temp roles and short term contracts in higher education admin. They have always been very considerate and attentive, especially Pauline, who has always taken the time to give me a call to check up with how a current role is going and make sure everything is well. The agency has always made it extremely coinvent for me to plan ahead for future opportunities and work around my availability. I would highly recommend signatures services for anyone looking to sign up.

From beginning to the end of my stint “temping” I was looked after extremely well by Signature. From registration to payroll nothing was too hard or difficult. I also got to see them first hand work closely with their client and saw first hand their engagement and flexibility to ensure the clients needs were met.

I cannot recommend Signature Recruiting highly enough. Well done.

I used signature to get some temp work as an exam invigilator, they were super helpful and responsive and Pauline was an absolute star throughout!

I retract everything I have ever said about this company. They are only out for commission when suits and do not want to communicate or support after that.

Extremely poor service and lack of acknowledgement, commitment and support. Do not be fooled, they are only out for what they can get for themselves.

An extremely unhappy experience and service with no regard given to people.

Do not look to these people for any support whether being a candidate or a potential employer as feedback is correct. The credibility of Signature has been scrutinised for some time in the Organisation I worked in and I always defended Signature to that regard.

Having experienced such poor service and disregard more recently I would strongly urge you not to trust this company as there is a sever lack of Credibility and value in candidates especially.

After applying for a role, a recruitment consultant reached out via email to arrange a call to discuss the position further. Unfortunately after 2 follow up emails and 2 calls with a promise they'd phone back that day, I heard absolutely nothing. The job market is horrendous at the moment and stringing candidates along and then going radio silent is not only extremely disrespectful but incredibly unprofessional. Don't reach out asking for a call only to ghost.

Unfortunately, I have not had the great experience with Signature. Do not count on them to respond to your applications or even reach out. You have to fit a certain kind of "profile" to even be considered. I would advise those with a ethnic name or from a a ethnic background should apply elsewhere. I guarantee they will not -it definitely not because of experience or suitability.

I have had an excellent experience working with Briar at Signature Recruitment! She is exceedingly helpful and professional. She has helped me to find temp jobs that are a great fit, and has been really supportive with any concerns that I have had once I have started the roles. I would highly recommend working with Signature based on my experience!

Very professional and in the same time very personal approach to assignees. Helped me find the work very quickly and helped me with any issue I had. Payroll was always without any problem. Definitely recommend.
