I have used Silverdoor for over 2 years now for all of our long term accomodation requirements. The booking process is so easy, and with our dedicated account manager communication is a breeze and it is refreshing to speak to a real person, in real time! No requirement seems too big and they are always on hand to help us whenever we need it.

First, i wanna give a shout-out to Sujith R as he is always the person i liaised with. Sujith has exhibited strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards the cases that we need to work together. He is attentive, prompt in his responses, and problem-solver as well. He provides great service and care and he gets things done - fast and correct. So, i greatly value this strong partnership we have towards the customers we have.
