Silver Jeans Avis 

I bought 2 pairs online , after I returned it, Quality of jeans is very poor it's $ 20 worth.

Bought a new pair of silver jeans from bootlegger. The quality is extremely poor. All the seams frayed on the first wash. I didn't even wear them yet. Will not be buying again. Edit: I tried to return the jeans and was told that they were supposed to fray like that after being washed. This is not stated anywhere on the tags. I'm just supposed to trust that? I shouldn't have to do research on a pair of jeans.

In the last 2 weeks I have torn my pair of silver jeans in the exact same spot. Left side of the leg where seam meets. Got it sowed up and now the right side did the exact same thing a week later! The quality of silvers material seems to have decreased drastically in the past year. Washing them the same way as every other pair of jeans I own and not doing any excessive working or walking in them. They are a loose fit but somehow tore when I crouched down. Don’t get me wrong I love the jeans and how they fit but the quality of material. NOT IMPRESSED. Very disappointing as I love the look of feel of these jeans.

I actually like their jeans. Customer Service emailed me back initially but then stopped.
For online deliveries they use UPS, this is a problem! I ordered from them twice and both times there was a delivery problem. I am disabled, I don’t drive and I rely on deliveries. I will not be ordering from them as long as they use UPS for deliveries.

Terrible customer service, I’ve been trying to contact them about a return label for two weeks. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I thought this was a trustworthy Canadian company!

My husband insisted on buying Silver jeans. He likes the look and the fit. What I don’t like is that each pair has a different stretch in the waistband, finding out the hard way after wearing…to stretchy, too loose, exact same style…very little stretch, great fit. Why isn’t the fabric always cut on the same bias ???? Next issue, decorative stitching comes loose. Last & most importantly the fabric stretches & pulls apart !!! These are not tight fitting, so that can’t contribute to the problem, neither are they washed often, too maybe deteriorate the fabric. Have bought 6+ pairs, 3 of which are destroyed. Each of these 3 pairs tore on the 2nd time wearing and were only washed once after purchase, and not doing any excessive working or walking in them. Pretty sure they tore just getting in and out of my truck when I stepped up onto the running board and they aren’t tight fitting on me either. In the past I have had silvers that I have wore hundreds of times and lasted years but this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Don’t get me wrong I love the jeans and how they fit but the quality of material. NOT IMPRESSED.

Second pair of jeans I’ve bought from Silver and the seam at the back that is supposed to be dead center of your ass, well after waking in them for 5 minutes that seam works it way over to the left side butt cheek. Adjust and they do it again. $108 for a pair of these now low quality jeans with rich man pricing.

Jeans were way too big. Had to call to get a return label as the site didn't recognize order number. The jeans were delivered back to their warehouse on September 12. October 2 I had to call them to request a refund. Their "easy returns" are a farce.

Love the jeans, but trying to get a refund for 1 pair that didn't fit right took over a month and several emails. They were polite, but not helpful at all.

They ignore customer service emails and remove bad reviews. A pair of jeans I bought from them less than six months ago has ripped from poor quality material used. I wore this pair no more than five times, as they were bought soon before it got too hot to wear jeans. Upon wearing them again after cooler weather came back, they split in the inner thigh area. My emails were completely disregarded. A review I left for the pair in question was removed from the site. They are a scam waiting to happen.
