Shipping was really quick and came packaged nicely. Only ordered one booster box of Raging Surf and got the Groudon AR and Rika SAR, so safe to say these guys aren't ripping open boxes and weighing stuff! I'm gonna be addicted to ripping Japanese packs and have already ordered from here again and will be using them in the future.

Have sent multiple emails and multiple calls to this company including leaving voice messages! no reply to any of it ! the order i originally made shows up differently after purchase! in my confirmation email! i NEED IT CHANGED BUT NO ONE WILL ANSWER! (avoid!) also its been a week and even thought its the wrong order i still haven't even received the wrong one let alone anything at all

Review updated - My original view was that potentially this was a scam site due to no response to emails or whatsapp messages until i suddenly got a tracking notification 3 days later and a response to this orginal review.

Upgraded to 3 stars as items have arrived safe and sound but other than a comment on here there was still a lack of communication, on top of that i got a random refund the following day for one of the booster boxes i ordered with no explanation and my original order still showed 3 booster boxes being sent out from that original order.

Unfortunately you lost me a customer completely now given no communication i might have to pay a slightly higher price elsewhere but at least i know when ordering if i have any questions other companies seem to be quick to answer.

My suggestion and recommendation to you is to ensure that you have a way of communicating to your buyers, especially if there is going to be delays and even more if your cancelling part of an order thats been placed.

If there are issues on shipping delays because something is happening like a warehouse move then communicate that on your site, not everyone uses social media like facebook or instergram i cam across your site on Google when researching prices.

Ordered 3 boxes of Pokémon cards to two different address. Only one box shows up , I contact support and speak to Simon who assures me I will have the two boxes shipped out the next day to my correct address. It has now been over a week and still no show of my missing order items.
