Web site was easy to use and the equipment is solid.

I ordered a SimFab Combat Simulation Cockpit and some addons to support my new VIRPIL Flight Sim Hardare from Amazon. The SimFab Customer Servce representative contacted me to discuss my intended use case for the VIRPIL setup. He walked me through what addons I had ordered that were duplicates with those in the Combat Sim Cockpit. He also asked me questions that led to ordering the specific cockpit addons needed for my VIRPIL panels. In all the customer service representative saved me $187+ in duplicate addons which they refunded that day on Amazon. And I will have a place for each piece of VIRPIL hardware I own.

A few days later I was assembling my cockpit and installing the flight sim hardware. I was experiencing some difficulties installing the VIRPIL stick base to the base plate support. The difficulty was entirely of my own doing as I had overlooked a bag of mounting hardware for the base plate. I sent some photos of my incorrect setup to the customer service representative. Within ten minutes, the rep messaged me with the mistakes I had mad, how to rectify them and instructing me to how to search for the mounting hardware bag. I was quickly back on track with my installation. I have not encountered any other issues with the cockpit and addon assembly.

I really like my SimFab cockpit frame and seat. The modular construction is so versatile, turn the orientation of a part this way or that and come up with our own creations to mount just about any gear you can think of. I am using it to host an eclectic mix of Virpil, WinWing, and VP Force gear including two switch boards, full size collective, pedals, and joystick. It is so easy to make it all fit your body like a glove. Well done SimFab.

When I was shopping for a sim cockpit a few years ago, I wasn't sure what brand to go with. It was a tough choice - their rivals offer some pretty solid stuff, but it's far out of my budget. I ended up cobbling together a flight+racing cockpit with the chair and add-ons they offer, and the design is very sturdy. If you don't need 1:1 realism, this will last you a long time. I would also add that their plates offer a large range of compatibility with controls.

Dimitar at SimFab went "above and beyond" to provide a custom solution for my Flight Sim setup. Each package I have received has all of the components protectively wrapped; each component and bag are individually labeled, with color printed(!) instructions. SimFab is a very professional operation with very prompt, high-quality service and outstanding products.

To be honest I had bought a Openwheeler GEN 2 system without knowing too much about it and I wanted to change it so that it didn’t have the middle pole and a quick search revealed this system is highly customizable. I bought the dd conversion and I was blown away how great and expandable this is. I am very impressed how everything came together seamlessly. And at a very reasonable price I might add. Great work guys very happy with my setup!

Quick shipping. All necessary parts were included and labeled. Instructions were clear and easy to understand (not google translated from Chinese). The stand is very stable (55inch TV mounted).

The components are excellent. I ended up buying the newer articulating keyboard which sucked because i had just purchased the previous keyboard mount. The original was a bad design due to interference with the simfab tv mount. Would have been nice to get a discount of some kind for upgrading.

I ordered some adapters from these guys,3ea, but only 1 arrived in the ripped package. 1 call and 2 days later missing parts in hand, I then placed a bigger order to upgrade my sim. Every part fits well with minimal adjustment and price is fair. You guys rock....
