Great Order Time
Order was quick and got here fast, the stables on the bottom of the back rest are pretty loose. Used my uncle's seat and loved it needed to get my own.

The set up is amazing
The set up is amazing. The instructions were clear and precise and the photos were nice and in color.
The order was correct with all the pieces. Shipping was extremely fast.
I love the set up and would highly recommend to anyone looking at wanting a chair for flight sims. The controls are now in their correct and ergonomic positions and improves the gaming experience.

Best customer service I've ever received.
I ordered the DD upgrade kit, not knowing that my seat was older and did not have all of the same parts. When I discovered my mistake and called support I was told that replacement parts would be shipped free of charge! The new parts showed up a couple of days later and the seat is incredible for my wheel.

Entire experience was wonderful
Pre-sale support was wonderful, I received prompt replies to all questions, usually within an hour or two regardless of when I sent an email.
Once I received my order I discovered missing parts and that the AMSM would require me to remove my left stick mount to attach.They called me to walk me through everything and overnighted the missing bolts to me.
