I have nothing but gratitude to Simon of Simon & Co. Having known him for many years, he has always provided excellent, honest, transparent advice and an unparalleled level of service. Most recently, he assisted in a land dispute (at his own time and cost) which resulted in the developers providing my family with compensation for a path they had mistakenly built on my property. This was resolved purely by Simon’s professionalism and expert knowledge without the need for legal intervention or any stress for any of the parties involved. Simon (and his lovely team) are always there to give true and informed information with the added bonus that they are personable friendly people who really do understand the processes of buying, selling, renting and letting, and….. creating solutions to paths being built where they shouldn’t be! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish, Simon & Co made selling our house completely stress-free. Simon in particular was brilliant throughout — professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions, however small. He clearly knows the local market inside out and gave us honest, realistic advice rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear.
Communication was excellent the whole way through, and viewings were handled efficiently with genuinely useful feedback every time. We had a smooth sale at a great price, and a lot of that came down to how well Simon managed the process and kept everyone in the chain updated.
If you're looking to sell your house and want an agent who actually knows what they're doing, go with Simon & Co and ask for Simon . Highly recommend

Simon&Co had a removal company move me for free, waited until the owner had broken her back and was in hospital with no mobility in her legs to take her to court for the free moves she did charging £100 per client, she obviously was in hospital at the time and he applied a ccj to her new company.
He would sell his granny if he could. Absolute con man doesn't care but anything but he pocket! The owner of the removal company knew our situation which is why she made it clear to Simon she had to do the move for free which is what Simon asked for then he charged the removal company commission for the free move, then waited until the owner was in hospital to take her small claims court knowing she had broken her back. Crippled the removal company. He's an a###hole with a history of it, previously worked for William h brown and was sacked for under valuing old people houses so he could buy them and rent them out himself.

Be warned he's a con man

When we dealt with them they provided an excellent service. I fully recommend them.

I've used Simon & Co to sell my house and to rent a house from and I canno5 fault them.
Wonderful company. They really care, communication is great.
Straight forward no nonsense advice, they listen to your needs and go above and beyond.
There isn't anyone else that I would use

Simon and co, Simon woodall of Simon and co, is a devious character who fails to update his staff on the goings on and threats to the firms credibility, Karl McDonnell parted company with Simon, regarding these issues, having rented property from Simon for ten years+ we can confirm that during the split Simon took the moral high ground and told us and others Karl's alcohol consumption was the issue, which was quite astonishing and a breach of confidentiality.
Simon is also known to be familiar with several local property developers in Rothwell offering properties before they come on the market, which is a particularly unfair immoral business strategy depriving youngsters living with parents from getting a foot on the property ladder,
We have a reference from Simon woodall stating we are impeccable tenents Both in a, financial sense and the upkeep of the property..the way we have been treated by Simon is far from impeccable, and during a meeting he admitted that familiarity had indeed bred contempt on his behalf, offering a hollow meaningless apology.
Unfortunately things have gone down hill since the property began to subside and deteriorated through disrepair, the outer wall and the chimney are subsiding and on the verge of collapsing.
This is confirmed by a roofing company and a Rics surveyor and a structural surveyor, now awaiting our own surveys.
The landlord a Sheila mistry has failed to insure the building or take out public liability insurance for our safety and the sake of the property... which definitely falls within the incompetence bracket for Simon & co....we know this is strangely not a legal obligation but would have thought it something Simon would have been insisting upon..
Our solicitors are seeking the correct documentation including licences to rent from the authorities for the past 10 years... basically we have paid the mortgage for Sheila mistry over the past 10 years.
I myself have done menial repairs in order to show willing including boarding the loft and installation of a loft ladder now all removed.
Spent somewhere in the region of £4000 improving the property including fencing and gates drainage...
Simon is a chancer and a liar..steer well clear..
He is definitely not a man with any common sense regarding building work and contractors easily fooled by rogue builders and employing unqualified contractors and willing to fob tenents off in order to increase profits.
Hence we had no option but to get the Kettering council to put an order on the property and involve solicitors...
Simon to be frank is totally out of his depth in the business and should never be allowed to undertake such complex issues that he has no experience with.
Simon & Co needs closing down and investigating
Avoid Simon and co if you want to rent a property in good repair.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Seems wonderful on the outside but please don't waste your time.
Simon does not communicate once the house is on the market, avoids answering queries, total lack of any input with the procedure. His colleague Carley is great - we hope she moves on to a decent company as she is wasted working for this pitiful company.
