Reglazing by post takes a bit longer than the previous company I tried but it's worth the wait, if they don't have quite what you are looking for then they offer options if you e-mail.

Exceptional service, quick turn around, my broken pair of glasses is as good as new. The most impressive part of their service was making out time to explain in detail how they fixed it. They also made sure to return the little piece left from my broken hinge.

I received my new frames within a overnight turn around.
I will certainly use Simplespex again.

They repaired my rimless specs really quickly and, as requested, swapped out the old plastic arms for replacement metal ones. Also, a few weeks later I lost a screw from one of the arms and they sent me some replacement screws the same day (on a Sunday!!) free of charge. What a great service. Special thanks to George.

First class repair work and excellent communication. George repaired my mother's spectacles beautifully, swiftly and for a very fair price, when the high street optician who sold her the glasses, simply offered to sell her a new pair at significant cost.

They, and all the other high street opticians should take a lesson on the importance of customer care and aftersales service from this highly skilled professional.

Enquired online and had a reply over the phone within the hour. Easy to use website, chose the repair and paid online. Glasses returned quickly. The repair is brilliant, an acetate frame that had cracked in two across the bridge, looking at the glasses when wearing them you would never know. Definitely recommend.

Really top service. They repaired my frames (broken spring) and had them back with me within three days. They did a great job, and for a good price too. Warmly recommended.

I have now had 3 impressive services carried out by George at Simplespex. Two of them were frame repairs and one I had new prescription Zeiss lenses fitted to my new frames.

George did an outstanding job replacing broken the sprung hinges on my daughters frames. He then went beyond the brief and straightened the arms. The glasses now look like new. I and my daughter were very impressed with his work and the speed with which it was carried out.

Exemplary advice and service which I cannot praise enough. When gardening I broke the frames of my prism bifocals the lenses of which were new and very expensive. The lenses weren't hurt and so I wondered if I could continue using them by getting the frames repaired rather forced to get new glasses altogether. Contacted Simplespex and had a chat, via email, with an expert who advised me that my old frames could be soldered, or, would I prefer to simply replace my old frames with brand new ones he had located in the old stock of their manufacturer. (That's what I call going the extra mile!) As the latter option was very reasonably priced I decided to go for the new frame. Ordered the repair online, posted my broken glasses off to Simplespex, a mere matter of days later an email told me my repair had been done and my prism lenses in beautiful new frames arrived by special delivery the next day. I now basically have a pair of new glasses better than the originals without breaking the bank! You just don't get service like this these days at an affordable cost. Just great. I recommend Simplespex unreservedly and if you are looking for a repair, or anything else to do with you glasses, done by someone who knows exactly what they're doing this is the place to go without doubt! *****

Absolutely professional service. I wanted to make enquiries about their service so I left a message. George phoned me back after 5pm and with great courtesy and patience guided me through the system. I sent my old spectacles off and again received a call from George to say that they had received them and we had a further discussion about what I required. Nine days later I received an email to say that they were on their way back to me and I received them the next day. They looked like new glasses but with new premium lens fitted and they are superb. They could teach other suppliers (and household name providers) how to do things properly and I saved £100’s.

Great Service, used other glasses repair firms before and they took a month to repairs some glasses . Simplexspex repaired a Sunken Hidge, which I thought was impossble to repair, but Simplespex repaired it in 2 days. Simplexspex are amazing!!!!!

Amazing repair service. Really quick and an outstandingly good repair that you can't even notice. My favourite pair of glasses are back in working order in only a couple of days and for a really good price. They were really helpful, helped me work out which type of repair I needed to select, and had my glasses back to me in a couple of days. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing glasses repairs.

I used Simplespex to repair a pair of well travelled sunglasses that were broken across the bridge. I chose to use Simplespex after reading favourable reviews and am very pleased with the service that I received. Before placing my order I was given a clear description of the service. Despite the repair proving more difficult than expected, I was informed of progress and promptly received nicely repaired sunglasses at the original quoted price, all very well presented. I would certainly use Simplespex again.

The repairs I had done were excellent. I even received a refund because I chose the incorrect repair. George did the correct repair and refunded me the difference. My absolutely favourite pair of glasses is up and running again.
