Dhawal, was very informative, patient and cleared up my misunderstanding of the invoice.
Thanks Ricky DuBose

I placed an order for qty (2) 275/55/17 tires from ST through Walmart.Com. The tires arrived within several days. Fast shipping, Fantastic Price , Great Communication. The Lionhart HP Tires are a great deal!!

Delivery was prompt and the process to place the order was easy. I made a mistake when placing the order and the correction was also easy. I only needed 2 tires at the time, but I will definitely be ordering tires for the rear of my vehicle. Price was absolutely great.

3rd set I’ve bought… they always arrive quickly and without issue

I ordered tires and Arjay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during this process

Representative TJ was absolutely amazing, he was most helpful in helping during a stressful time. He presented options to move forward and assured my mom of a positive outcome. TJ is an awesome Simple Tire representative!

First off, they had the exact tire and size that I found difficult to find elsewhere. Plus I was kind of shocked that the tires were free delivered to my home in 2 days. Definitely referring Simple Tire to my car buddies.

I ordered four tires and 2 days later they were delivered to my house. This is incredibly fast service. They were on my truck the next day. The shop I used to mount and balance them was greatly impressed by the quality of the tires. "They balanced very well with minimal weights needed." I was able to get them at an amazing sale price which shocked the shop! They ride well and, handle great. I am 💯 satisfied with my purchase and, I highly recommend SimpleTire!

Brandon is a hero! He made a return happen for me, at no cost, when the typical rep would have politely listened and told me, "Sorry I can't help you ". He responded quickly and kept me informed. This dedicated type of customer service just doesn't happen in today's world.
