Tires showed up in about 4 days after purchase. Bought some Goodyear RS-As for my TBSS and they were about $30 less per tire than other places.

Selection of the category of tire was limited elsewhere, there was stock here at a good price, and delivery timing.

This is my second time ordering , everything went smoothly. My only complaint was the tires I received were filthy covered with a coating of dirt.

Incredible experience was able to get a full tire for a very reasonable price. Didn’t have to pay much to tell me mountain balance enjoy both the discounts in just a customer service top-notch five stars.

Unfortunately, Simple Tire fell on its sword this time. I ordered a tire that showed in stock on a Friday afternoon expecting the normally prompt shipping to happen on Monday at the latest. When I had not received any word about the shipment. I called Simple Tire on Tuesday morning only to learn that the folks that were supposed to be handling my order were unavailable until Thursday... After leaving messages I received an email response that the stock that you had was too old to be sold on Thursday. This delayed my ability to service our customer for almost a week. We had to source the tire from a different vendor. How this was all handled is totally unacceptable.

Need to find a Installer,this coming Week.

I called Simple Tire in reference to shipping on an order I had placed. Rod answered all of my questions and told me he'd follow up with me the next day, which he did. Rod contacted me and sent me all of the tracking information and was extremely helpful. I’ve ordered tires thru the company before always smooth. Last transaction had an issue with the tire not getting shipped from the warehouse. Held me up for a week. I was very upset and was done doing business with the company until I received a text and then a phone call from Brandon O. A supervisor with the company. Brian went above and beyond to make sure a tire was shipped out asap. He communicated with me every step along the way, from contacting fed ex to warehouse. He did all the work all the way until the tire showed up. I wish more company’s has employees like Brian. He saved the company from losing customers and I would highly recommend Anyone to purchase thru simple tire! Thanks again Brian!

Well all I can say is great customer service, eager to help, patient and walked me through the process of returning the wrong tires which I gave the wrong size. The representative went as far as assisting me in processing a new order. The representative assured me that once returned to the warehouse, my method of payment would be refunded and it was refunded within 3 days. So if you are looking to order new tires order online from simpletire.com. The tires came within 2 days. This is my second time ordering and won't be the last.

Buying tires with simple tire is as simple as it gets. Select your tire with help from the website if you need it. Select how and where you want them tires delivered. That's it. SIMPLE!

Always quick shipping and good prices on tires. I ordered tires Sat May 2 they were at my installer on May 5th
