Joshua took great care of me and made a bad situation a good one. My tires weren't delivered to the tire shop even though they said they were in the system so I was forced to reschedule. Joshua got me a partial refund for my troubles. Thanks SimpleTire and thanks Joshua!

FedEx Fails But Simple Tire Comes Through
Update: Simple Tire reached out to me and got a replacement pair out to me quickly. 👍👍
Simple Tire uses FedEx to ship and they consistently lose, damage, or deliver ire a to the wrong address. This time I received two of my tires and the other two were so badly damaged in transit that FedEx didn't even bother trying to deliver them. How you manage to damage a pair of tires to the point that they need to just be sent back is beyond me. I could run over a tire with a truck and it wouldn't be that badly damaged. Of course as always there is no accountability for FedEx. I may have to reconsider using Simple Tire due to their insistence on using such an inept shipping company.
