Great customer service from Ms Sadaf and Ms Tiffany

I had a really bad experience today at this clinic. The staff were very rude to me and did a really bad job considering the fact that my skin now looks like it has been under the sun for hours.

When I complained to the girl who was performing the procedure on me she came back at me in a very rude tone.

0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

She listened to me about my sensitive skin. P took care and the process was amazing efficient pain-free. Price is extremely reasonable and I'm going to make this my regular

I’ve previously had facials here which have always been great and I recently started having laser hair removal with them. They had such good packages available at really good prices, after only 2 sessions I’m already seeing a big difference in my hair regrowth. I have just had my 3rd session with Mona, she is so nice and she always makes me feel so comfortable.

I don’t even remember which visit this was, but once again I’m extremely happy with my laser hair removal appointment with Donna. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and always knows exactly what to do. Most importantly, she is genuinely concerned about health and safety, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring.

I saw Dr Western today for treatment of facial thread veins and rosacea. She gave me a thorough treatment with Veinwave. I was in excellent hands, she was patient with all my questions and gave me numbing cream before starting. She asked me to say if it was painful or if I needed a break. She targeted every tiny vein and I am very happy to have found her, because not every doctor is as good as Dr Western, or as understanding of the need to ensure all areas are treated. I am returning to her in 5 weeks time and can highly recommend her. She is professional and kind. I prefer Veinwave to laser treatments. Thank you Dr Western!

Mona is great every time I visit. She’s fast, tidy and does what she can to make sure I never experience any discomfort.

Possibly one of the best facials I have ever had! The therapist at The Chelsea branch in London was called Pamela and she was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
She understands different skin types and makes you feel completely at ease. I would hand on heart give her a 10/10 and l will definitely be going back.
