YOU BE THE JUDGE - Simply Intel takes approx $1500USD from my credit card as my 2nd year subscription, without any notification and TWO MONTHS before my first year subscription was even up. We emailed them days after it happened and asked for a refund! You would think it would be courteous to give is our money back right???? TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO!!! You be the judge - thieves or not thieves!!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company.

My company used it for a few months and the quality of the product could be debatable, some things are good, some things not so much. The platform is buggy and not very user friendly. The so much advertised "personality assessment" is mostly a repetition of the same assessment for almost all leads they reported, which for a few months amounted to over 1000 in our case.

Today we decided to provide feedback after very frustrating changes they made in their platform which made our life very difficult overnight, following a multi-day platform outage. All this happening with zero explanations or warnings.

Not only this company does not have a channel for customer feedback, but when the request to fix the changes were made to the only email you can contact them (a very obscure "info" email, no name signing it), the reply was along the lines of "[my company] is too demanding considering [my company] is paying the lowest possible fee without any level of a commitment. [...] We have over XXXX customers on 6-12 month commitments and never receive such condescending feedback like [the one I gave]"

Few minutes after I saw this very arrogant reply from them, I received a communication indicating "we will suspend your service at the end of the billing cycle".

Extremely arrogant people. Stay away.

Fabian, you did not have any problems with the platform until we rejected one of your friends. In fact, you paid for our service for over 5 months without any issues.

Then when we rejected to work with one of your friends Cindy/Vanessa, you all decided group together to write bad reviews for us.

We're disappointed that you resorted to such tactics but we wish you the best.

Don't even think about hiring SimplyIntel

If you have the opportunity to hire SimplyIntel for your business, don't do it. The information they provide is doubtful, not very accurate and the delivery is slow. The most uncomfortable thing is the customer service, they are aggressive, unfriendly and arrogant.

During the contracting process, one of our clients (a high-end company) asked them to review the terms and conditions of the contract, the response was "it's simply not worth the resources... we decline to provide you service." When I approached SimplyIntel, their response was to send me a screenshot with a list of payments made by customers and a note saying "they pay more and complain less." Furthermore, this is very serious, since it is not legal to show confidential information to a third party.

If you are a company with the intention of reselling their service, don't do it, they never pay on time, they are rude and will not deliver for your customers.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a supplier.

One of our clients has been receiving email threats from SimplyIntel for leaving a negative review.

Please be very careful with this company.

Cindy we're sorry we rejected to work with your clients. However, they are just too small for us and it was not the right fit.

We were considering hiring their services...

We were considering hiring their services but we had concerns about their agreement. Once we shared our concerns and asked to have a meeting to review our concerns, they replied that we were not worth their time and that they didn't know which provider will make changes to win our business but that it wouldn't be them, and therefore they declined to offer their services. If that's how they treat customers BEFORE they win your business, I can't imagine how they treat you after. In 14 years of my career I've never received such a rude and just bad business manners response from ANY provider around the world. I would most definitely ask you to think twice before hiring their services!

Vanessa, We know rejection is hard but not all customers are the right fit for us.

We get thousands of requests for service, and we reserve the right to decline working with you if we don't think you are good fit both personally or professionally. We think it's a healthy part of any relationship - although sometimes people take it very hard.

You sent us 8 pages of notes on changes you want done to our terms of service. Considering you wanted a free trial; I don't think it's fair to expect we would entertain such costly requests simply for you to try something for free.

It would take a lot of resources to review, change, approve and finalize legal changes.

We find a puzzling that you wanted to work with us so badly and there was no problem until we declined to work with you.

I think you took it personally and lashed out. We understand.

We believe in full transparency for all parties (not just ourselves) and we think everyone is entitled to their opinion and sharing their true experience online for everyone to see.

We have the right to also review our experience with customers if we think it will contribute to meaningful dialog about acceptable behavior.

We wish you nothing but success.

Spam company. garbage marketing team

Spam company operating under the domains visitordetect.com and detectvisitor.com as well as the main simplyintel.com. All outreach is copy and paste but sent via contact forms on our site, preventing blacklisting.

Avoid these people

Avoid these people. Spamming companies to get leads is not how you do business. I understand its easy but it's unethical. And I've seen your other bot websites like DetectVisitors which do the same thing (linking back to simplyintel). Even without seeing your tool I can see the type of people who run this organization and I would advise anyone to stay away.

You are not a customer. You have never used our platform (as you mentioned yourself). You are just trying to damage our reputation and an investigation is underway to determine your real identity to take action against your fake review.

Reviews should be for real customers and should not be used a tool to damage a business.

Spamming on another level

Spamming on another level. Filling in contact information on our website to ask for advice, when in all actuality youre trying to generate a lead.
That is not how to develop new business, and shows what sort of organisation you truly are, and how you would work with your "customers".
Not a business model we want to work with.

Major spammers - avoid any contact

Simplyintel have requested more information. Given they are seeking to business in Australia one would think they would have taken Australian Laws into consideration, such as the spam Act of 2023 which states:

Unsolicited commercial electronic messages must not be sent. Commercial electronic messages must include information about the individual or organisation who authorised the sending of the message. Commercial electronic messages must contain a functional unsubscribe facility.

anna@sinplyintel Ph 8666737347 did adhere to the above.

Most of us in business tolerate lite spam but when you fill out web forms and pretend to have a relationship it has gone too far.

Simplyintel obviously do not adhere to countries legal requirements and for that reason, I suggest, should be avoided.

Avoid any contact with this organisation - once they have your email they will pester and pester you. I've had numerous emails from them and they even go on my website and fill in the contact form pretending they are trying to get in contact but the email is not working (because they have been blocked).

I get spammed all the time and ignore them but draw the line at underhanded tactics that waste my time. They may be seen as clever and sneaky by Simpleyintel but to me shows the level of integrity of the company.

An authentic company does not use deceitful tactics to engage potential clients.

This review is not based on a real customer experience or by using our product. This is person that is unhappy we emailed their business to build a relationship.

Instead of making anonymous reviews solely to hurt our excellent reputation, you should reply to the email and ask the business development agent to opt you out of any outreach campaign.
