Unreliable hardware.
Bought 5 devices:
- Having hardware issue with front USB on all of them
- One power supply failed within a year
- One device broke within 2 years and still broken after RMA....
At least their good customer support and long warranty is making up for the average build quality.

The place to go for NUCs
I guess Simply NUC stands for simply the best place for you if you're considering buying a NUC. Not just Intel NUCs mind, they also have their own products, also specialty stuff like rugged computers.
When buying something like a NUC you'd never expect same day shipping but when I ordered around noon they were able to pass the item to shipment in less than 3 hours. They also have attentive sales staff (hi Courtney!) who update you with the progress of the order and are engaged to help you with any questions you might have.
Lastly, back in 2021 I was able to order a gaming NUC with a discrete GPU from them. This was during a time of GPU shortage where almost every place would put you in backorder, yet even then Simply NUC was able to provide a quick turnaround and ship the item in the same day.
TLDR; if you're interested in buying any kind of NUC, Simply NUC is a must consider on account of the customer experience and product selection they provide.
