After a little consultation with Mark at Simply NUC, I splurged on an Intel10i7FNH in June 2020.

It shipped really quickly and I was up and running in next to no time, after a lightning shipment from Ireland.

I absolutely love my NUC! I rammed it full to the max with RAM, plus NVMe SSD and SATA SSD, so it's zippy fast and near-silent.

I'm using it to run a big Kubernetes stack, which supports all my software development lifecycle environments as completely separate worlds via Kubernetes namespaces.

It's like having a datacenter on my mantlepiece. I couldn't be happier. Amazing horsepower for the money.

Now, I'm thinking about getting another for true hardware redundancy.

If I do, it will absolutely be coming from SimplyNUC. Great prices. Rapid, tracked delivery. Super-responsive pre- and post-sales staff.

A few days before I was due to start homeworking, a company IT guy told me I was going to need a new PC. I contacted Simply NUC to ask how quickly they could deliver an Intel NUC kit and Jack arranged for next day delivery at no extra cost. The kit arrived before 12 and I was able to get the new PC set up the same day so the techs could remotely install the company's software.

While researching for replacement parts for my home pc, I came across the NUC, quickly found SimplyNUC, and immediately knew that I wanted a NUC10i7FNH. The order process was easy and delivery was fast. I was delighted with the unit, until it started to overheat due to a malfunction of the fan. After a quick phone call to SimplyNUC, the unit was returned and a replacement arrived a few days later. The drives on this unit had been reversed, however, such that the M.2 memory was now the storage drive, and Windows was installed on the HDD. Another phone call resulted in the unit being picked up that day by courier, the error corrected, and returned to me the very next day. Since then the unit has performed admirably. Despite the initial glitches, I remain massively pleased with the unit and am very impressed (and reassured) by the superb customer service.

Having studied the Intel NUC mini PC'S I decided on the i7 core, back in early 2020.
Decided on the model and was on the Intel website, which as I am located in UK directed me to Simplynuc. So I ordered my unit from them.
It arrived as promised and I was amazed at how small it was. Set it up but nothing other than a message telling me there was not enough room on the drive.
I contacted Simplynuc by email and someone telephoned me to see if he could help to fix my issue.
I turned out that operating system had been put on the wrong drive and I needed to send ghe unit back to Ireland, which I was not to pleased about.
However my fears were soon gone when someone explained that it would be collected that afternoon and returned in two days, which it was.
Since then the NUC has worked a treat for work and pleasure.
I would certainly recommend Simplynuc and will be using them again.

I purchased a NUC unit from Simply NUC and the shipping company failed to meet the promised delivery date due to their incompetency. The package was delayed by over two weeks, despite passing customs clearance and arriving at a nearby city. Contacting the shipping company myself was futile as they kept making false promises, however, the highly professional support agent at Simply NUC saw the case through until I've successfully received my unit a week later.

After receiving my NUC, the company continued their support by assisting in setting up the device by providing relevant information.

Overall, a very professional company seeking their customers' satisfaction.

I'd been after a Hades Canyon NUC for a while and whilst having never ordered anything from Simply NUC before, having read other reviews trusted them with my order and they didn't let me down. The NUC turned up really quickly and I've had nothing but a positive customer service experience afterwards. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking for a NUC device.
