If you are unfortunate enough to sustain an injury that wasn’t your fault you most definitely need Eleanor Walker! Although the initial handling of my case was not ideal, I was subsequently assigned to Annemarie Ellis, who began to effectively organize and advance my case. Regrettably, she then departed.
My case was then transferred to Shazia Ahmed, who maintained the high professional standards I had experienced with Annemarie and successfully brought matters to a conclusion. Shazia diligently worked to achieve a favorable outcome in a timely fashion, and she was consistently empathetic and forthright in addressing any inquiries. I recommend Shazia Ahmed.

Shazia Ahmed is the only person who has actually done anything. The case has been going on for years and the only emails I received were ones informing me that a new person was taking over my case.
I've lost track of the number of people who have phoned me to introduce themselves and than I never heard from them again. However, Shazia has stuck with this case and produced a satisfactory outcome.
