Brilliant! I placed my order on Saturday 2 November and I've received it today, Tuesday 5 November - that's really good considering there was Sunday in there!
The products I bought were replacement foam and cover for my Singer ESP2 Steam Press - they both fit perfectly. I'd previously bought just the replacement cover from another website and thought I was getting a genuine Singer one, but obviously that was just a generic one, because this one from Singer Machines Limited is far greater in quality and fit and the foam underlay is a really good thickness.
I will definitely buy from Singer Machines Limited again.

I would like to thank Stephen for the helpful information he gave. I considered getting rid of my singer 246K45 overlocker because other companies I contacted said it wasn't worth repairing. All it needed was a new domestic motor and some oil so for around £50 I now have a working machine. The items were delivered quickly and and I was kept up to date about the order. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent support from customer services. I had bought a sewing machine some years ago from another main retailer and had not checked everything was in the box. They were unable to help replace the missing pack which was disappointing. However the lovely Singer customer services manager, Stephen, made sure I was able to get the missing accessories so I could use my sewing machine fully. Very happy, and looking forward to trying out my machine at last.

Such nice friendly service. Online Checkout wasn't working for me ( with hindsight it may have been my using Firefox browser as it can cause issues). I rang to place the order and have the payment processed.

Brilliant price got it in a flash sale
Struggled with payment part though, due to what seemed like a system error, as it took around 4 goes to get it to take my card .

Chatted online to a person, not a Bot, who then gave me a customer services email. Almost instant, helpful response and then bought part for old machine at reasonable price on phone to another very efficient and courteous person. If all customer service was this good, the world would be a better place! Thank you.

I particularly like that you use PayPal. I really do not like putting my bank card details out there into the blue younder. Therefore using PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Because I saw you used PayPal I felt more confident in buying my new sewing machine.

From there I felt confident that I would buy my new sewing machine from you also the 10 year guarantee is a BIG plus. Also that you are a specialist in Singer sewing machines.

Awful service and terrible sewing machine.
The machine was faulty, they did not believe me, I had been informed that I would have to take the machine to the post office and pay postage. This I would not do. after half an hr on the phone Singer said they would pick it up, then it would get checked to see if it was faulty. NO communication to say it was faulty, money went into the bank about 4 days later. I had been made to feel like a liar when I knew the machine was faulty. Terrible shopping experience, I will never buy or deal with this company again.
