Unfortunately, the oil filter would not fit in the space for this system but….Timely and helpful customer support saved the day. I had to purchase another, smaller, filter and then the system worked..

24 valve Cummins cold intake and intake horn
I bought the cold air intake and the intake horn for my 24 valve Cummins and not only did it make it run better but also cleaned up my engine bay and made it look very nice.

I paid for 2 day delivery
I paid for 2 day delivery, and it took about 2 weeks,and I emailed you to cancel cause you sent me that it was on back order, so I said cancel and refund my money, and a day later you sent a message that it was going out for delivery, you never answered me and I haven't seen or heard from you refunding my 2 day delivery charge.

This is not the usual experience for our customers, as we pride ourselves in top notch customer service and communication. I checked in with customer service. Our CS rep called and you acknowledged that you had received our email that the item you purchased was on backorder at the time you ordered it. I understand that you did not feel that was sufficient. Unfortunately we have items that are occasionally on back order and we work hard to get them out to you as soon as possible. You chatted our team to cancel after the item had shipped. At that moment our hands were tied as we cannot stop a shipment that has left our facility. Expedited shipping time frame begins after the lead time to process the order. After speaking with you, our CS rep let you know that when we receive the item back from you, there will be a full refund, including your expedited shipping fee. As we understand it, you said you will be out of town and will not be returning it for a week or two. Be assured when we receive your item back, we will issue your refund.

Item was back ordered was never contacted I had to call you so you could tell me I wasn’t receiving my item in the time you said it was going to be delivered. Disappointing

Update: Per our records, this was ordered on 4/2 and shipped out on 4/9. Typically these larger kits take that long to build. We do send an email with your ship date, and it may have gone to your junk mail.

We have a Dominick Balboni that purchased a a Basic Solution with free shipping, ordered 4/2. We send an email to let customers know if an item is back-ordered. Did you purchase directly from us or through a 3rd party? We work hard to provide the best customer service and like to use any failure of that to improve.

Missing parts and great customer service.
For my package and was missing parts so I called customer service and got Brian who next day air shipped what I needed but upon assembling the kit there was a damaged ball valve that had a slight oval shape due to being mushed by something, I called again and got Brian again, this is a good company even with me being frustrated they still bent over backward and have now next day aired more replacement parts absolutely taking a bath in the shipping to make me happy, I’ll definitely be buying the rest of what I need from here simply because they have great customer service.

2023 F350 Cold Air Intake
I placed my order and a Friday and by Tuesday I had it on my door step. The installation process was easy with the instructions provided. I did have to rewire the mass flow air sensor, but other then that it was an easy install. Took me roughly 45 minutes. The air intake looks great and performs great.

The instructions were great! That little plug in the top of the head was TIGHT!! But a cheater and some PB blaster did the trick.
