Break down in the microwave. In other words bits of the plastic flakes off. Shame thought they were good but no dont buy.

Lids are hard to get off and the clips on the side come off, and you cannot get them back on.
Very disappointing.

Binnen 1 jaar laat er plastic los en zijn er blaasjes ontstaan aan de binnenkant.
Heb ze nog geen 10 keer gebruikt.
Dure wegwerpmok dus. Iik wil soep eten en geen plastic.

This bottle is absolute rubbish, it leaks all the time even in an upright position. The problem is the straw. It wasn't cheap either but now it's going in the bin 😡

PLASTIC IS "BOUGHT AS A NECESSITY" - UNFORTUNATELY

Well I just came here to say that Sistema Tupperware is the bees knees and has exceeded all my expectations. I took my lovely, organised beautifully coloured favourite pieces of sistema out for a picnic the other day, stupidly on leaving I accidentally drove over my picnic bag full of sistema tubs (oops). All tubs were still in tact despite the huge tyre mark on the bag and I am extremely impressed. If they can survive being crushed by a car tyre with a family of 4 in they are good enough for me! Long live sistema!

I stored most of my historical documents and photo albums in twenty five tall Sistema storage containers. They should have been perfect storage options. But the 2023 Cyclone Gabrielle came, my home flooded. Every container filled with water. My photos were ruined. I was and still am broken hearted. My life before the cyclone has disappeared. From a flood surviving iPad, I repeatedly tried to contact Sistema. There was no response. Finally from USA, there was a brief and rather rude response from a woman who said they didn’t say that the containers were waterproof.
I thought Sistema may have found my feedback useful. They could improve their design so that it may be better in a flood. Rather than buying $2500 of containers, I should have just used large vacuum air removing storage bags with clips on the top!

These water bottles leak!!! The only solution is to keep the bottle upright which is certainly not practical when using it. I was hoping that customer services would send a replacement but none was offered.

I usually rate the quality of Sistema goods highly, but after recently contacting them about a disappointingly faulty drink bottle, I have been provided with the lowest possible customer service. I would like to warn other customers that their warranty is ultimately worthless as they do not follow through on feedback. They have shown complete disregard for the customer experience. I have contacted them several times over several months (starting mid Jan 2025) on multiple platforms (email, social media, web-form) with no reply. Finally, after I resubmitted the request again and advised that I would escalate via the ombudsman (late Mar 2025), I received a promise to send a replacement product. This did not eventuate, so I followed up again, to no reply again. I actually can't really believe a reputable international company could behave in such an unprofessional manner. There is no phone contact, and while my experience was eventually excused as a 'programme glitch which has since been rectified', the international consumer relations manager has yet to send me a tracking number for my product replacement. I'm seriously disappointed and would not trust their products or warranty again.

Would give them 0 stars. The most leaky water bottle I’ve ever had. Have to keep it up right at all times. Have the bottle with the lid that screws to open. Absolutely awful, rather just reuse a plastic bottle, at least that won’t leak over everything I own

Har købt en drikkedunk med sugerør til at have i bilen. Men der skabes en form for undertryk og selvom flasken er lukket, så kommer der vand ud. Er flere gang kommet ud til bilen med en tom flaske og vand i hele kopholderen.
Det var spild af 100 kr.
Købte den desværre i et supermarked og har ikke gemt bonen.

I have purchased a number of your products, and found them perfect.
I've now have eight noodle pots, er a bit over the top, I know, but you can use them for so many things.
The lids fit perfectly and there are my favourite colour RED! And made in New Zealand, how rare, not China!

Had issues with an order and still haven't received a response 2 months after purchase. Horrible customer service

Gone downhill badly. I bought two jugs with lids. The lids leak, so when pouring, the liquid pours out of lid too. It’s now just a cheap nasty waste of money. I will not buy again. They used to be quality.

Substandard plastic boxes that leak.. Please do not waste your money buying this company's products. Especially when they are discounted.. They are poorest quality.. The lids leak despite the locking mechanism.. every single product I bought of this brand - water bottles and boxes - all of them had to be thrown out after only a couple of uses as they were not fit for purpose.. Invest in other products of other makes.

Jeg har købt 6 drikkedunke og de er allesammen utætte. Jeg har fået dem byttet én gang i Føtex, hvor de er købt. Efterfølgende er min bon desværre blevet væk, så nu står jeg med 6 utætte drikkedunke til en værdi på ca 400kr. Desuden har jeg 2 sure teenagere, som fik skoletasken og indhold fuld af vand flere gange.
Total dårlig kvalitet

I have loved purchasing Sistema products for many years. I am so disappointed with their new lids on standard food (usually) containers, extremely difficult to separate lid from containers, the clasps are regularly breaking, difficult to close, in the past I didn't need to force/fight with these containers, please bring back the original locking mechanism. I won't purchase the current design any longer, I am testing out some other BPA free far brands. I would love to support NZ made but unfortunately until Sistema make the very necessary changes you have lost another loyal customer.

I have lots of theese containers no problem with the lids whatsoever absolutely 100 percent I ditched the ones bought from well known supermarkets most of which trying fit the lids was like krypton factor challenge 😀 well done sistema great products

Never buy ! Worst product ever brought emailed sistema and you dont get a reply
Tubs are not airtight so food leaks not fit for purpose
