We’ve been using NightsBridge, for over 15 years, as our booking system and channel manager and it has been excellent. The system is powerful, reliable, and constantly improving with regular upgrades and new features. What really stands out is their customer support — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. A great company to work with and highly recommended for any lodge or hospitality business.

At Suites on 74 we rely on Nightsbridge for dependable calendar management and true real time updates on guest management. We use all the functions except direct guest messaging, which is an extra. We get by without a website, but we update our photos and descriptive content at the change of seasons. The paybridge facility is essential to us and payment processing is no longer an issue. Thank you nightsbridge for your insights and training content. We have benefited a lot from this and our business is growing as a result. You deserve more than 5/5 stars for the extra mile you have taken with us when we needed it!

Nightsbridge was the first channel manager we partnered with around ten years ago. I'm proud of myself for making such a wise decision! They have played an integral part in our business's online exposure and growth.
