Is a pain in the ass to edit and create a website from their UI and system. Some of the items and texts on my website has been moved to different pages and even deleted once I closed and reopened the editing tab. Is a huge waste of my time trying to use their services.

This is close to the most useless service I have encountered in my 7 years of operating a digital agency.
The product is incomplete, unreliable and the support is close to useless. They do not investigate random issues and it would not be wise to put your business in their hands.
DO NOT USE SITEBEAT. I can not stress this enough.
Something WILL go wrong that's completely their fault, and they WON'T be helpful when it does.
For context, I am writing this as Sitebeat decided to unpublish a client's website without warning nor reason, and their dashboard is broken so I am unable to re-publish it.
I am waiting on a response from "support" who, if past experience is anything to go by (this is easily the 6th time that something like this has happened over two years), will do something to get the site back online, but will not investigate or fix the underlying cause.
I will be moving this client to another service. Absolutely disgraceful doesn't begin to cut it.

Terrible integration with CrazyDomains. You get sitebeat for free for three months, then auto-renew is set to on. Only problem is you change auto-renew to 'off' and you still get debited! Support tells me it is "probably a bug". They weren't overly keen to refund me but they refunded my latest bill, but not the one three months ago because it was "too late".
Second problem - there's nowhere to cancel your sitebeat subscription! Just a link to 'upgrade'. Support says we can contact them and they can cancel the subscription. Why would I want to sit on support chat for 30 minutes for something I never wanted?
This whole process is extremely poor, border line deceptive.
UPDATE: Crazy Domains support (Rose) contacted me and took action quickly - I was refunded the other bill from three months ago and action is clearly be taken now. Although the investigation made me realise I actually originally raised these issues back in July (and had forgotten)! Hopefully CD resolve all the issues as promised and others won't be in this situation.

We use the Site Beat webbuilder software through Hosting Partner Crazy Domains AU. It has some nice features but we have had some problems that are still not fixed and the Crazy Domains Support Team just say they are waiting for Developers to fix... extremely disappointing and has meant delays on our project.
In particular for the Theme was have chosen to use:
Critically - There is NO GDPR Cookies Privacy Notification. This is a massive problem and we cannot believe the do not have this functionality as Standard?? Very poor and means we are potentially non-compliant. Major fines for businesses that don't comply.
Still not working and no help forthcoming...
The embedded code box - does not work. Just leaves a black box on the screen and does not execute properly. Very hard to find information or support help on what is the right code language and syntax that is needed... Still not working and no help forthcoming...
Blog Page functionality - very buggy, does not work. I have tried to explain the problem a zillion times to Crazy Domains Help Desk support and they just done try to work out what the problems is. I have now created a work-around but means we may not use Site Beat for phase 2 of the project...
Social Media Button for Linkedin does not work...
So frustrating and time lost... not good and the major issue of the Cookies notice is still not rectified even after raising with them over 2 months ago...
Just read the response from Sitebeat to my post, I think you guys have responded to the wrong person, this is not related to my feedback and is of no help for our project.

The ecommerce sites they sell you actually have almost no ecommerce capabilities. Multiple features which are included on any other site builder as the bare minimum e.g. ability to include tax in product price, date and time picker for order collections, ability to have tax exempt products...none of these are available EVER and the only answer you will receive to any query is that "this feature is under development". After all the issues we have had, each time I have had an almost identical response that the 'feature' you see available in the editor, but unable to use, is "currently under development" or currently being "fixed".
I spoke with someone from here prior to upgrading our site and they assured me all these features I required were there and it would be no issue. I was told the type of store we were hosting was suitable for their site. It is not. We now need to re build the websites on different platforms.
I am absolutely mind-blown at just how poor both the customer service and actual platform is. I've spent hours trying to resolve various issues and have had no assistance at all. Nothing, aside from the assurance "this feature is under development". Please- do not waste your time or money.
Edit - Sitebeat have responded yet I have still been ignored and no issues have been resolved. You cannot get customer assistance. One lady even deleted items from my store without my permission, refusing to address a separate issue I had. I'm beyond amazed at the lack of service here, I can't even put in to words every issue we've had because it would take too long.

You realise this was a new account, just upgraded and trying to publish to the xxxx.sitebeat.com domain? It's unbelievable that a new account could experience such an involved issue that it has taken 3 weeks and counting to resolve. Disgusting service.

Since joining up with SiteBeat last week their service has been fantastic. Their self-design website editor and templates are easy to use and look great.
Their support, I have been dealing with David, has been exceptional. Even with the time zone difference we have been able to chat and get things sorted quickly and efficiently.
Moving to a new web hosting provider isn't easy, but SiteBeat have made it very simple indeed.
My website was up and running less than 2 hours after the initial payment was made!
Keep up the good work and you'll be keeping my business!

The functionality of the website builder is good, but I have now tried to publish the website, and it's just been hanging in "Publishing mode" for 6 hours and my site hasn't published. Getting support is virtually impossible, as even the live help email button is hanging after recaptcha. SOOO frustrating!!
As an update, after a few days my issue got resolved by the Sitebeat developers, and they fixed the "bug" that was causing the issues... Thanks team

First time try out this platform. Very disappointed. The product is defective. My web site has not been loading up reliably and consistently for the past 48 hours. I contacted the support team four times ann they still cannot resolve the issue. I use other platform n they are so smooth and reliable. My web site is all good mover com au if this gives more authenticity of my identity.
Update 23 May - Support team finally determined that this is a complex technical issue and need dev team fixes. At least on the bright side, the company is keen to provide continuous support. Let see the outcome.
Update 28 May - It is fixed. Rose personally called me to make a thorough follow up. At least from customer service stand-point, she has provided great professional service to customer.

After two weeks of waiting to hear from the "web developer" and no update regarding my site, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of information or contacting me. In the past I have been very pleased with the help and assistance with problems but two weeks and absolutely no information and me continually following it up is unacceptable, If I do not received any information or contact from Crazy Domains or Sidebeat, I have no alternative but to contact the Ombudsman and put in an official complaint. Who knows how much business I have lost due to this problem.

Issues with the store is why I give sitebeat a low score. Enjoyed creating online store with good template easy to use, however I now find out after hours of input that there are no store categories to enable faster searching for customers. In my opinion unless this is fied immediately I would not recommend sitebeat software for ecommerce. Also issues with postage and taxes. Sitebeat if you are seeing this please attend to these issues immediately'

Very affordable site platform and host, we are happy with our website, which is professional looking for a small cost. Website was easy to build and has been easy to update/maintain as required. A couple of small queries we had during the development stage were handled very promptly and professionally.

The website is an arm of CrazyDomains so it comes with the same artificial limitations imposed to force you to upgrade for every single thing. Want to create a XML sitemap so that Google can properly crawl your website? Nope. But you can sign up to their marketing service for your domain or upgrade to a higher plan within Sitebeat.
Do you want to create a blog on your website? Even though they have a template called "Travel Blog" and the example is a blog...there is actually no blog function. The service agent informs me that the Travel Blog is actually just a manually generated page with artificial time stamps, which needs to be updated everytime you create a new page. A very time consuming process which has no RSS feed and in the absence of being able to Sitemap your website properly, who knows when Google will ever find it? (Because it isn't told to find it!)

This was a very deliberate decision to go with an Australian-based DIY web platform with my new website rarephrase.com rather than the international one I had become familiar with.
The quality and professionalism of the Crazy Domain system is excellent. The service has been exceptionally good due to the fact that I had a specific person allocated to my project who I could call direct at any time if I needed help. This was especially important as I was totally unfamiliar with the Crazy Domain system. My go-to person, Amanda, was outstanding in guiding me through the process, both with her technical knowledge and her professional, helpful attitude.
The reason I haven't given a five star rating is that I found the platform a little limiting creatively in comparison to what I had been used to. For me, the blocks and features building system was a bit prescriptive and restricting from a design flexibility aspect. Of course, a contributing factor to that would be my unfamiliarity with this particular system.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my site, which needs a daily update and so far has caused me no problems. And I know if it does, I can call Amanda immediately.
