Here's their response to my last review:

"3. About your refund:
Your refund should not be delayed any further. To resolve this properly, I would like to verify one important detail:
Could you please confirm the last four digits of the credit card used for your purchase? This allows me to make sure the refund is processed correctly and sent through the right payment channel.
Once I receive this confirmation, I will escalate your case immediately so the credit card refund can be processed without any additional waiting time."

HOWEVER HERE IS THERE RESPONSE TO ME VIA E-MAIL...

"Our intention on Trustpilot was to reassure you that we would support your case and make sure you received your refund. However, because your payment was processed through PayPal on your end, the refund must now be completed directly by PayPal through the dispute you opened. Once PayPal finishes their review, they will issue the refund to you automatically."

ONCE AGAIN, I NEVER USED PAYPAL. WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME A REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL WHEN MY PAYMENT METHOD WAS THE CREDIT CARD ENDING 8044? THERE'S THE LAST FOUR, ESCALATE MY SITUATION AS YOU SAID YOU WOULD. STOP LYING TO YOURSELVES. DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME A REFUND.

1. About PayPal vs. credit card
Although you entered your credit card ending in 8044, the payment was processed through our payment processor's gateway, which routes some card transaction through PayPal's backend system without requiring you to have or use a PayPal account. This is why PayPal appears in the process even though you personally did not log in to or use PayPal.

To be absolutely clear:
- You did use a credit card
- The card details (ending 8044) are correct
- The transaction is still governed by the payment processor that currently has restrictions in place

2. About the Trustpilot message vs. email
You are correct that the wording was inconsistent, and we sincerely apologize for that. The Trustpilot response was written to reassure you that your case would be escalated and reviewed, not to contradict what was already explained via email. We understand how this came across as conflicting, and that is on us.

3. About escalation and refund
Thank you for confirming the last four digits (8044). This information has now been noted and attached to your case, and we are escalating it internally with the payment processor.

However, due to the current gateway limitation, we are still unable to manually push the refund ourselves. This is why the refund must be finalized through the card dispute process with your bank/card provider. Once that review is completed, the refund will be issued directly back to your card.

We want to be very clear about one thing:
- We are not refusing your refund.
- We are not trying to reroute you unnecessarily.
- We are constrained by the payment system handling the transaction.

4. About the product listing
Items may remain visible on the website while individual cases are under review. This does not affect or invalidate your claim, and it does not prevent your refund from being processed through the appropriate channel.

We understand that this situation has gone on far too long and that your trust has been impacted. While we cannot override the payment processor's controls, we will fully cooperate with your bank/card provider to ensure the refund is resolved correctly.

If you would like, we can also confirm:
- the transaction reference ID
- the processor handling the charge

Absolutely trash

Absolutely trash. took a month to receive my shoes after they stopped off in Compton for 2 weeks. But the real issue is the box they came in were for a different shoe, the box was obviously very old and had writing inside of it was torn wirh a hole on the bottom and was for a completely different shoe. Then I touched the shoe. Wow horrible replica. Feels and looks like the lowest quality shoe and no numbers match. Thank you sixfootoak for scamming me out of 136 dollars

Fake product/steal money

Awful. Do not order from this site. They steal your money and send you crappy counterfeit product and refuse to refund (contrary to their return policy). I’ll be reporting them to the FTC along with my banks fraud department. Steer clear!!!

As stated by others

As stated by others, company does NOT allow any returns or refunds for wrong shoe size/bad fit. I would never risk ordering from them. I ordered my daughter some basketball shoes, they clearly ran small. They would not accept return and refund . Even after I offered to return and pay shipping. They offered to send a new shoe in correct size for an additional 40 dollars, but I wasn’t risking another bad fit. Save yourself time and money and don’t risk it. Also, it must be said that the shoes seem like knock offs. Clearly poor quality and not legit Kobe Bryant shoes. They are the Wish version.

No returns unless they make a mistake

They do no allow returns unless they make a mistake. Even though their return policy states:

"Customer Preference: Returns initiated due to a change of mind will incur both return shipping costs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. "

they will not take returns due to a change in preference or wrong size. I would never buy anything from this company or its parent company Ecomies LLC. Terrible experience.

Counterfeit Nike shoes

The Nike shoes I ordered were definitely counterfeit. After a dozen emails to the company providing pictures of obvious color differences and where they actually acknowledged that they looked far different from the pictures, they offered me 60% of my $140 purchase. I reported it to PayPal and they offered me a complete refund. Sixfootoak is a scam company. I asked Pay Pal to discontinue service with sixfootoak.

I would rate this company ZERO stars as their policies and customer service is atrocious! Purchased shoes for my son and they were too small. He tried on the shoes the day we received them and I initiated a return and refund request. Their online policy says that items can be returned because of customer preference but that is clearly not the case. Horrible, horrible experience!!! NEVER do business with this company!!!

Horrible customer service

The shoes I bought for my son do not fit. I tried to return them and was told that since the size chart is “accurate” I could not return them for a full refund because they were not “defective”. Once I pushed back I was offered 30% back and the offer for an additional discount on my next order. After this experience I will never order anything from this website. The customer service experience has been atrocious and I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this company.

Trash company!!!!

I already sent pictures!! Your company wanted me to send the shoes back at my expense which costed $250 and the fake ass Nike shoe you all sent was only $150! Instead of sending a return label like all other companies, I also tried to cancel the order due to the very long couple of weeks to get the item!! Your company kept sending me emails about a 15-30% discount on an item I did not want or like! Furthermore, your company didn’t list the item as shoes on once PayPal started their investigation!!!
