Friendly staff, good range

Pure ignorance of a service
I ordered a shoe on December 5, it says it's been awaiting for carrier pick up. Fast forward to December 25, the status didnt change. Contacted the customer care team 3 times in the span of 3 weeks , no answers. commented on Instagram and got deleted. Great service 😌
I just want answers on where my order is, hopefully this review will get me some
