I soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and a good morning but left to browse for a while without any pressure and then was asked if I needed any help. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and engaged in conversation not a cold sell and even applied a discount for me at checkout.
I think he was the manager but I can't remember his name.
It was an absolute pleasure to shop here and left with a smile and a handshake, oh and a really nice pair of ASICS.

I was greeted by all the staff when I entered the shop and I was greatful of that , Noki approached me and asked if I needed help , I found the shoe I liked and asked for sizes , he came very fast and helped me try them on , he also helped me understand how to keep the shoe in good condition and how to look after them , fast and amazing customer service

The teamwork of staff from the cashiers to the management were extraordinarily helpful and extremely outstanding and made my visit worth visiting again. Their patience, dedication, professionalism and commitment to put customer satisfaction and met my needs without any pressure or awkwardness is what you call “Outstanding Customer Service Satisfaction” and the experience I witnessed was truly remarkable and inspiring. I had a terrible experience with size, I purchased in store for a deleivery for 2 pairs of trainers for my boyfriend and myself for his birthday present - we was meant to go hiking and i bought us new hiking trainers. So I purchased in store and it was £330 and that’s a lot of money for a student to splash out and I had saved to be able to do this for my boyfriends birthday, and they was meant to be delivered to my work in which I left the code on reception but due to miscommunication it wasn’t said during the delivery to my work. I had tracked this and it said they would retry delivery but I hadn’t heard anything for a week so I phoned on a monday (my boyfriends birthday being the Friday, and us going away on the saturday) during that phone call I got told my order was being sent back and I was getting refunded, the fact I had to phone to find this out was ridiculous there was no updates nothing I just assumed they were still being redelivered as it was said on the updates, so I was told on the phone call I could only receive a refund in store so as I was so short for time I went into the store and tried to get a refund, where I was then told I had to email and could only get my refund online, so I emailed the email I was given but was not responded to until 3 days in which it was now thursday and my boyfriends birthday on the friday. i did not have the money to repurchase the trainers being a student and -£330. This email told me I could only receive my refund in store which is an absolute joke as I’d beeen sent back and forward and waiting 3 days short of time. I went to store to get my refund and obviously did not receive the refund until 5 days later. So my boyfriends birthday was ruined as I had nothing to give him as Od spent a lot on trainers that never showed. I received no consideration or compromise for what this whole order process done i was very upset as my boyfriends birthday was genuinely ruined because of this, and on the phone call whilst i was upset crying i was told i could get 10% discount. which i think is a complete joke when i get 10% off as student anyway. I’m really disappointed and upset with my whole process and the fact i wasn’t given anything after all the hassle of back and forth to going in store to contacting the whole process was terrible and i am so upset that my boyfriend did not get the present or plan that i had thought out for him, and that Size did not give me anything for what i was put through not even in store credit nothing im very upset with everything i went through and wish i was given some sort of corporation and sympathy for everything

She helped me find the perfect style and the right size, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she was incredibly sweet to my dog who was with me.
