Personable, friendly and helpful
Visited the size store in Plymouth and one of the staff members, Dan, was very personable and kind and helped me find a nice style of shoe. Despite the right size not being available in store, I was supported with ordering the shoes to my home with ease while shopping in store. Very helpful and nice shopping experience!

The staff were all very friendly
The staff were all very friendly.
From start to finish, the staff welcomed us, they were very attentive and efficient when getting my size and offered me a seat to try them on.
The shop was clean and spacious making finding what I wanted a lot easier.

Dragged around town for trainers
Went into the store today to buy trainers for my husband . He had been driving me bonkers and we had been to nearly every shop in the city centre that sold Nike . We visited size as it was on our way to another shop . He found a pair of trainers he liked ( thank god) A young man called Dan was super helpful and got my husband 3 diffent sizes , he has feet like a ginsters pasty . I think Dan is a credit to the store , kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble .:: oh , and they take blue light card . If Dan’s bosses are reading this please give him a pat on the back he’s a credit to the store

I was happy with the service in store
I was happy with the service in store. But Evri delivery service is horrendous. After chasing parcel for days having been given a time slot, and then no communication!! I will not order here on in any company that has a delivery service from Evri. There was a tv program about them last night. The should be fined.
