I recently returned to S James Prestige to purchase my second car. I dealt with Natalie who made the whole process a smooth transition, she did everything for me. Best Service I have ever experienced
My son bought a BMW from S James Prestige a few weeks back and from start to finish it was absolutely excellent service.
I then had a slight accident in his car damaging a wheel and I ordered a new one which came very quickly and was offered by Luke they would fit it for free for me (even though I had damaged it)or could send it by courier for no extra charge.
I had it delivered and fitted by a local tyre place and the wheel was warped so I called and spoke with Natalie and she was so apologetic and offered a replacement or I could go up and they would fit a new wheel there and then.
I have had over 70 vehicles in my time and I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of customer service before from the sale to aftersales...Would I recommend - Absolutely and a huge shout out to Luke, Natalie and Kyle whose Customer service has been second to none, they are all an absolute credit to S.James Prestige.
