First came across S James prestige through auto trader and contacted the dealer directly.
Spoke with a girl named khloe who was simply outstanding from start to finish, from initial enquiry about the vehicle all the way through to the finance agreement, additional extras on the car and complimentary service I couldn’t fault her at all.
Always responsive via email and phone and always happy and polite over the phone and very easy to deal with.
Special mention to the company also, on arrival was kindly met by the staff and given ample time to look over the vehicle and road test before purchase and very professionally done with all the paperwork.
Would 100% recommend.

A friend bought a car and spoke very highly of S James as any questions or concerns he had was sorted with amazing customer service so based of this I found a 5 series I was interested in on the website and went down to enquire to which I found out it was a collection only location despite this Natalie who helped me through the full process was very open to sitting down and going through further details and what can I say I don’t have a bad thing to say everyone there was lovely and the after care aswell was spot on one small issue day of collection with ambient lighting and fixed within 2hrs. Great company 👍🏻

Very good and smooth transition with the car, the car was nice and clean inside and out and the team where very helpful and big thank you to Michael for organising it all and ensuring the deal went through, also the warranty given with the (extended warranty optional) is very extensive and covers alot more than your average normal warranties highly recommended to take it out so you have that extra peice of mind. Picked up a 2022 BMW 330e Touring, got to choose the caliper colour, add the m sport kit and added on the ceramic paint protection. Enquired on the 11th and drove it home on the 19th. Amazing service, such a smooth process from start to end. Will definitely be returning.

S James Prestige Ltd is a complete waste of time. For nearly 3 months, they’ve been advertising a 2022 white Mercedes-Benz on their website and Auto Trader, yet they clearly have no intention of selling it on finance. I called them three times and was told the same excuse every time: cash buyers are welcome, but finance buyers are brushed off with a fake story about a “pending finance application.” This excuse falls apart when they dropped the price from £22,990 to £22,490 while still claiming the car was pending This is misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional behaviour. They waste people’s time and give false information instead of being upfront
Not trustworthy. Not transparent. Avoid this dealer.

I purchased a car from S James Prestige back in September. I mainly dealt with Saul and I have to say that I found him courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. All the other sales staff that I had interactions with were similarly delightful.

They made the purchase/ transaction/ finance side of it straightforward, easy and quick, and their communications were regular and informative.

When I next decide to change my car I will definitely be heading back to S James as my first port of call.
