Just finished 8 months of coaching with Sinead and all I can say is unreal! Once I got used to the lifestyle habits (about 3–4 weeks in), it never felt like a diet for the first time ever — it genuinely felt like a lifestyle change. I never once felt deprived.
Sinead is so down to earth and takes such a realistic approach. I lost almost 10kg, which is the most I’ve ever lost on any program.
8 week bootcamp review
I took part in sinead’s 8 week bootcamp and loved it. Everything was so easy to follow with a great support group posting photos of walks and food to motivate each other. Workouts with sinead were brilliant and not too long, just the perfect length at 30minutes and super ab challenges with Olivia too. Weekly check ins with positive feedback and encouragement and tips were given each week. I was delighted with my own progress and the weight I lost and seeing measurements drop and just feeling better overall . I was stuck in a real rut before starting and this was the perfect kickstart to getting back on the right track. I would 100% recommend sinead’s coaching programs.

I would highly recommend joining SK coaching. Sinead gives great support and the app makes it easy to stay on track. Her workouts are fun and only 30mins so makes it manageable to get into a busy day. Sinead sets realistic challenges and goals to keep motivation high and keep you on track. The meals are nice normal foods and you can mix and match to meet your calorie requirement. If you join SK coaching you will get great results 😊

I have just completed Sinead’s bootcamp. I would highly recommend it 30 minute workouts three times a week. Food plans that include proper wholesome dinners not just chicken and rice! Great community support and Sinead is a fab coach. It has been the best thing I have done for myself!
Sinead is more than a coach
Everything about Sinead’s bootcamp is different than anything I have tried before because she really cares and has a massive interest and passion in every single person who is in the bootcamp! The motivation, support and advice is amazing, group and individual messages, and voicemails is constant. The program is designed for our busy lives and yet she has managed to get a program that fits into our lives, without upheaval but massive results, in 8 weeks, I lost 8.3kg. Sinead made me see, how important taking even 20 mins out for a walk is, a reminder to make the time for myself will give you the results. It was great fun with the other girls in the group, sharing tips and their struggles and wins. I think the real difference is that Sinead is more than a coach, she is your biggest supporter

If you’re thinking of doing it- just do it! You won’t regret it. Investing in Sinead, and thus investing in myself is one of the best things I’ve done in 2025. Sinead is a fantastic coach. Her programme is easy to follow and realistic. She pushes you but is also so realistic to challenges of the ups and downs of life. I’ve learned to finally shed the all or nothing mentality when it comes to my diet, health and fitness. I am now a gym girl which is mind blowing as someone who said they hate exercise. Sleep, protein, fibre, daily steps are all part of my routine now and come second nature. I’m stronger, healthier and happier in myself and for me that was worth every penny! I’m at my goal for now but will definitely be back for boot camps! If you get the opportunity to work with Sinead- take it! You will not regret it! Wishing Sinead continued success with her business- it’s so very well deserved!

I joined Sinead 8 weeks ago. I had followed her for a long time. And genuinely liked her style. I was a bit off about doing an online campas felt I would not stick to it. But honestly I loved it. The daily challenges, daily sharing from everyone too and also the food plan and recipes were easy to follow. I have done bootcamps at the gym and have not received the level of support that sinead gives. She is always available to give advise , no matter when u message her she will always respond. The app allows you to share food tips, ideas your good days your bad days too which is important. I enjoyed my first 8 weeks that much I have signed up for another. So hand on my heart if you want to do something for yourself sign up to sineads coaching you will not regret it. She is amazing.

She sets daily tasks to keep the bootcamp interesting whether it’s to meet your protein goal, steps or water intake. I really clicked with Sinead to stay focused and motivated to reach my goals. I have had a wonderful summer filled with many events/nights out and still got results weekly. Thanks Sinead for everything

Iv tried others but Sinead for me is the best The choice and variety of recipe is great.The calorie allowance is great,and you are not hungry .
The Excercise part which included bootcamp was exceptional i thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recomnend it .

Sinead is the only online PT that I have ever stuck to and gotten results from. She is brilliant. So approachable and knowledgeable. She makes it so personal to you and you only have to pick up the phone and she gets back to you right away with information and encouragement. I would absolutely recommend her. Thanks for everything Sinead!

Sinead is very down to earth, understanding and just gets it. Workouts are great, lots of options and ideas for food and continual encouragement was fab. For me the best thing is the accountability which keeps me on track. 100% recommend.
Sineads Bootcamp
I joined Sinead’s bootcamp in the middle of the summer. Her workouts advise and support was amazing. Also received a receipe book and my own personalised calories and macros to hit daily. Received motivation to do the workouts and up my daily steps with walks or runs. I reached my goal weight within the 8 weeks and have now received my maintenance calories. I will continue with my workouts and daily walks/runs and carry with me what I have learned nutrition wise. Best money I ever spent
Sinead is fantastic
Sinead is fantastic! I’ve just completed an 8 week bootcamp. In week one I doubted if I had the stamina to get to week 8, but I was so determined that as the weeks went on I didn’t want the bootcamp to end. I think that I asked Sinead half way through if I could stay on longer until I reached my goal! The motivation and accountability that Sinead’s programme provides is excellent. Sinead’s coaching style meets all kinds of expectations, from the ladies who just need to tone up, to the ladies who have a little weight to shift and those with a lot to shift. I’m in the later category and the programme exceeded my expectations. Not only have I lost an unbelievable 11.8kg in 8 weeks, I’m so determined and motivated to keep going. The daily habits that Sinead’s coaching has helped me put in place have turned my life around. An early morning walk before the house wakes up and go to work has changed my life, along with a breakfast… I usually just grabbed a couple of cappuccinos before lunch. I have built in habits to keep me moving and keep me on track to succeed and get to my goal.
The programme worked for me because it’s flexible. I can get my steps in and complete Sinead’s workouts during the day at a time that suits me. The food tracker is great, it gave me the accountability I needed to stay on track. The added bonus was the great workout videos. I’d never worked out or used dumbbells before and (apart from Sinead’s lunges 😆) loved completing every one of them! I’m delighted to stay with Sinead until I reach my goal 🌟 The only down side is, my dog is stalking me…he’s watching my every move, hoping I’m going out on yet another walk 🐶

Amazing experience
Sinead has been such a lovely motivational coach. I started on a whim hoping to do something for myself after having a baby 5 months ago. She’s totally turned my life around, my mindset has improved, I’ve started to appreciate good food again. I’ve lost over a stone on her 8week boot camp. Had a few hard weeks personally and she has been a star through it all. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I’m so happy I found Sinead’s coaching page. She has helped me so much. My confidence is slowly but surely returning again, with Sinead’s help. Her plans and workouts are so realistic and achievable. She is always available and always replies to you so quickly. I highly recommend if you have any doubts or unsure , definitely sign up with Sinead you will not regret it but you will regret not starting with Sinead.
Very poor and unprofessional driver…
S&K coaches seriously need to reconsider driver they choose for their bus service. we had trip today 29/06/2025 from Southall to Margate beach group of 50 ladies with kids. Driver was not only very rude but was shouting too. Driver name was (Abu), an absolute idiot and rude person. we had kids with us and ask for one toilet break on way but he refused that by law you can't. also he behaved very rudely but very unprofessional.
Don't even think about it, just get on board with Sinead
Sinead is the most down to earth, approachable, skilled professional in her field and most of all understands your needs and requirements and listens to you.
She is there for you day and night and never lets you go off the rails. I've done 100's of diets over the years and this is hands down over of my favourite programs I've ever signed up for. I'm calling it a program( not a diet) as you don't feel like you're on a diet. The food plan is amazing, this is coming from someone that loves her food, and I love cooking and I really look forward to a good dinner in the evening. That's my favorite meal so I make sure to enjoy it and with the menus you get you will enjoy it.
The support you get is second to none and some of you might feel it's costly or too time consuming but we only have one body and one life and take this as it is your time. Go for it!!!
I'm so glad I did and I'm so glad I found Sinead as she's not just a coach she becomes your friend.
Sinead is so relatable
Sinead is so relatable. She runs a Busy Household and a Business and still priorities her goals. I found the plan so well laid out. The meals can be tailored so the whole family can eat the same food which is amazing. The challenges are so much fun and really easy to achieve on a daily basis. We'll worth the money in my opinion.

Second time signing up to Sinead's programme. Only finished up the first time due to pregnancy.
Sinead is the only coach I haven't ghosted by now and I am seeing consistent progress.

Sinead has gotten me out moving and looking after myself again.
The programme is realistic and doable for a busy mum of two like myself. Sinead checks in regularly during the week which helps me stay accountable and keeps me on track.
The community is great, seeing the other members hit their steps, do their workouts and cook nutritious meals really helps keep me motivated.
I feel great in myself now that I am back eating right and exercising, money well spent in my opinion 💪
