Quality Service + Hassle-free booking
If you're looking for cheap flight tickets, then Skiddoo is the destination. The entire process was hassle-free and will recommend it to anyone who is looking at getting quality service and saving some money. I'll for sure book my next ticket with Skiddoo. Awesome work!!!

The price is misleading
The price is misleading. You should clearly state the total cost instead of hiding the extra cost until people input credit card number. It is a rare experience that customer need to pay the processing cost, at least in the United States.

Help desk needs improvement
The initial purchasing experience was excellent. however, the receipt of e-ticket was delayed and I had to ring help desk to find out what was going on. The wait time was far too long, about 40 minutes.

Great price. Easy to use website.
Great price that didn't change when clicking through from Skyscanner. Flights were fully ticketed within a couple of hours (website quotes up to 24h). The upsell options on checkout were not as extreme as some other websites I have used recently.
Would happily use this site again in the future.

Website was easy to use. However I like to get confirmation that my ticket has been confirmed after the purchase. Yes I have purchased and paid but I have no idea that you have confirmed with the airline since I have not received any notice from airlines or from you.

It was my first time to use Skiddoo for international airfare booking. The website was very customer friendly and easy to use and took minimal time to complete booking. The airfare was far better than all other major websites and the eticket was issued within a short time.
