Nick was very conscientious and accomplished what we asked of him

Ben worked hard over several days and lots of calls to find me flights that saved a bit of money and provided Business Class on the long hauls. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK RESULTS. 2 over-night stays were required and a 3rd as COVID testing requirement information was not provided. I was told this is "not a travel agent's responsibility." Was also told "Mr. Todd all included luggage was stopped due to COVID." Not Todd, did not feel special. Note a tip was charged that was not authorized. NOT 1 Star Performance, NOT 5 Star either...

Great experience buying an international ticket with the help of Steve Bennett who was very prompt with the process. Didn’t have to wait around for a response. He delivered what he promised. Christine was very helpful throughout the process. She provided several affordable itineraries I could not find myself on the regular search sites, answered all my questions swiftly and accurately, and made the booking process easy. The only weirdness was that the booking was made through her own company's frequent flier account, which meant that I could not accrue points of my own with the flight. But at the end of the day, the savings were well worth it... a business class trip on a reputable carrier from the US to Asia at a very very good price. Will use again for sure.

Last minute business ticket to Europe. Skies are Business got it for more than 50% less than I could find online. Quick replies to questions and resolved ticket issues within minutes. Will definitely use again!
