I would give it a 0 if I could

I would give it a 0 if I could. The coffee itself is great. The customer service however is beyond disappointing. Not only did my order NOT arrive, customer service did not help me nor reply for weeks at a time & they have refused to refund me for something I DID NOT RECIEVE!? I am shocked considering it really is a simple problem, if the item does not arrive, you get a refund, or at least some help!

Coffee is lovely rich in flavour

Coffee is lovely rich in flavour, bit pricey and the mug for 70 quid don't know what that's about seems abit stupid but all in all pretty good you'll be pinging on caffeine in two cups (standard mug size). still buy to this day.

This place is the worst.
Seriously, save yourselves literal months of frustration. I've ordered from here a few times, and the service only seems to get worse, to the point where I just had to stop. Almost every delivery comes late. And they'll "forget" to send out any free merchandise they're offering. Twice they "forgot" my free mugs, and once I had to wait 4 weeks for some merch I ordered that didn't arrive with the rest of my delivery. When I did finally get it, it was after about a dozen emails from me and a few from them, one of which they said that I hadn't ordered any extra merch, even though I'd given them my order number. Luckily I'd kept a screenshot.
They also charged me after I cancelled my subscription and despite me providing them evidence of my cancellation they refused to give me a refund, even though I offered to return the (unordered) coffee. The final straw came when I decided to give up on the refund, but requested the free mug that should have arrived with the cancelled subscription delivery that they didn't cancel. First I was told that they'd send it to me, but that I'd have to pay for the postage and packaging. Obviously I said that this was unacceptable. Now despite me having sent many more emails requesting my mug, I have been completely ghosted. I've kept screenshots and emails from all of this too.
I can't lie, the coffee is good. But it's not worth the stress and disrespect you'll receive.

Rip off! & appauling customer serve - dont buy!

WISH I'D READ OTHER REVEW BEFORE BUYING! After buying a coffee & mug bundle for Xmas gift, the mug didnt arrive. I was asked to pay P&P for it to be sent out. Now they are not answering my emails as I don't think I should have to pay again. Very disappointing website and customer relations experiences. Feel totally ripped off, and myself & friend are left disappointed. Don't buy. Would give then '0' if it was possible.

1* too many!

1* too many! It takes months to cancel a subscription, when they do finally deliver it'll probably be expired, and the customer service team is completely unresponsive. They have a sister company called Black Wolf Coffee. Also avoid at all costs

It's only 1* as I couldn't give 0!

I have ordered from this company many times without issue. Then I set up a subscription....DO NOT DO IT - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!
Back in November I asked to cancel it, and got an email back from Amanda saying there were perks to keeping it, maybe I just wanted to extend the length of time. So I dutifully replied asking again for it to be cancelled. Again, I got the exact same email/wording as a response. Again, I emailed to say cancel the subscription, I then got a response from Gerard saying the order had been shipped so it couldn't be cancelled. I responded with a very blunt email saying cancel the subscription. I looked on my account and couldn't see any active subscription so had assumed that they had finally done what I had asked.
Fast forward to this morning....I received an email saying I have been charged for my subscription!
These people do not have any idea about customer service and now I will be contacting my credit card company to reclaim my money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst experience ordering this coffee…

Worst experience ordering this coffee and still waiting for the coffee, t-shirt and Mug. Amanda from customer service keeps giving false information about couriers and postage and continuously ignores emails. It has been over a month now and still nothing!! This is a sham site that I will never order from again!!
If you want to receive the goods you have ordered and paid for … go somewhere else!!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, Amanda took weeks to reply in some cases due to them missing a free item out of my order then claiming I should have put it in the cart, website has since been changed by them and now tells you to do this…
Would order from anywhere else! Never again.

Out of date coffee !!! …

Was delivered 5 bags of coffee that ran out of date the week before I ordered it !
When I emailed in nice and polite and rei ester a replacement order (happy to send the out of date stuff back) I spoke to Amanda and she was indignant the coffee had been wrongly labelled.i could return it at my own cost . She was unhelpful and no apology was given . Very poor customer service and clearly bad quality out of date coffee !!

terrible customer service

Ordered coffee with free gift but no gift came , repeatedly chased to be told its on the way .

Now being told it hasnt been despatched and its my fault for not adding to basket (i did ) and i need to pay to have it delivered , love my coffee but terrible customer service....wont be using again.

Ordered coffee and a free mug at the end of November along with the discounted bag offered at the checkout.
Only the coffee arrived .contacted Amanda at admin , and was given the exact same excuse as a number of people on here.
Problem with their software not picking the coffee and mug together, it was going to be sent straight out to me .
After a couple of weeks it never arrived, contacted them and was told this time it was never placed in the basket , only solution was for me to pay postage for the mug ....no thanks that had been paid for in the original purchase. No contact from their admin....
From the identical reviews on here, this is either a problem with their software that they won't rectify with the customer or they don't have the mugs for demand.
Having bought from them a couple of times this is bitterly disappointing.

Ask them in black and white to cancel subscriptions and they don’t - they try and say you’ll lose ‘benefits’ instead. Insist on cancelling and THEY STILL take payment the following month!

I wish I'd read the reviews before buying

Ordered the 500g bag of beans with the free mug. Amazingly, after now reading the reviews my mug actually arrived with the coffee. I wasn't going to use the coffee until my other beans had finished so didn't open the bag for a week. When I opened the bag I found that the beans were wet and there was a pungent stomach churning odour. I have emailed their info and help line and they have ignored every one. I went through the returns on their site and they want me to pay the postage to send it back. Still no reply from anyone via email. Bag of beans in the bin and now chalking it off as a bad choice. Don't make the same mistake!!!

Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Ordered a bag of their coffee that came with a “free” mug, as I checked out they offered me an additional bag at a lower price. My order clearly showed that I had included the “free” mug. Coffee arrived without the mug, I immediately emailed Customer Service on 02/12/23 and they replied from Amanda on 03/12/23, a Sunday, and advised that there had been a glitch in their “soft wear” (sic) and that she would end that the mug would be sent the following day. On the following Friday I replied to their email and asked about the status of my order. No reply. On the following Tuesday 12/12/23 I emailed Customer Services again and attached all of the emails between us and requested a full refund and a prepaid label as they had failed to honour their part of the contract. Amanda emailed me back “ I have looked into your order and you never completed the order fully when checking out . The mug had to be in the cart at checkout and was not. I can however send you a mug but there will be a p&p cost.” I emailed back saying that the mug is included in my order and sent them a copy of their order confirmation. It is now Thursday 14/12/23 and I have had no response. I am contemplating contacting Trading Standards about what I consider to be “sharp practice”. I am also aware of a similar issue with another family member who did not receive a hoodie which was part of yet another “offer” if you spent over £50.

False advertising, poor shipping and order execution , poor service

Ordered for the free hoodie when the offer was still advertised on the website. Was charged full for hoodie.
I’m wanting the hoodie for a gift for somebody for Christmas. So my full order is now over £100.
Paid for express shipping (1-3 days) it’s day 3 and the order is still “confirmed” and not processed or shipped .. what’s the point? Customer service are useless and just relay the same info you get in the order tracking.

Avoid.

Avoid. Order placed within timescale of spend £50 get a hoodie free. Apparently the promo ended the same day the I received the offer. The offer still had 22+ hours to go.Tried to cancel the order, no surprises when they stopped replying to my emails. Up there with the worst customer service ever. Would not recommend, customer service is non existent

Underhanded customer service

Bought as a present as free mug came with coffee. No mug came. Really shoddy way to do business.

Just give the people that ordered a coffee and free mug the damn free mug without having to have people jump through hoops.

I will never buy from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would, I didn't even recieve the product I purchased, didn't get sent, they just took my money and ghosted me.
I've tried to contact them through email because they don't have a customer service number I can call, and they won't even respond to email. So the product may be good I don't know, but based purely on customer service and lack of shipping the product, Skull Crusher Coffee don't even deserve 1 star.
Don't waste your money, this company are absolute grubs.

Worst Customer support ever

I had been in contact with this company since the 9th of August 2023 as the sent me the wrong order. They then tried to tell me it was a separate dispatch, then that it wasn't actually in stock, then gaslight me that I recieved it even though I sent photos and been in contact with them for months. Then they have ignored my past 3 emails, one showing the sections of Consumer Affair that they've breached. AVOID at all cost. I never leave reviews but this has been the worst Customer experience I've ever had. Nothing is worth the headache, lack of interdepartmental communication and incompetence that this company seems to strive for.
