Just ordered my third lot of coffee, ordered ground coffee instead of beans, emailed and got a prompt response and just had to pay the postage for an exchange. Coffee is fantastic, strong and needs no sugar or milk just strong great tasting black coffee.
Scammers Never Order With Them
It's been 6 weeks since I ordered from them no delivery. First email said stuck at customs, then they say backlogged with orders. They are a bunch of scammers.

I ordered coffee from this site almost a month ago. I still haven't received my order and no one is responding to my request for a refund. On my first email I received some information about lack of some products,some delays with their transport. Absolutely garbage. Apparently people can’t cancel their subscriptions. Be careful people. On their website you can’t find any abn, acn number. No address, no phone contact.

Do not buy from these people I have lost my money and they promised to refund me as they sold Nootropic coffee but had no stock so they did 3 refunds trough Paypall and all 3 failed do not waste your time and money Order #2767 I opened a case trough Paypall and this company had insufficient funds to process a refund and Paypall had to give me a voucher to use instead BE WARNED
An absolutely disgraceful company
An absolutely disgraceful company, initially I ordered a 350gr coffee beans but they delivered ground ! I sent them an email 3 weeks ago and still no response. I messaged them on Facebook and now they have blocked me. I did some research on this Skull crusher company and it’s owned by a father and son named Gerard and Joshua McAllister, after more research I found that they have had approximately 5 companies which have been dissolved! After trying to return my order for beans I was sent another 350gr bag of ground coffee on subscription which I never authorised and they have taken £15 out of my account again not authorised I went to my bank and changed my card details so they cannot do this again…This company is an absolute SCAM. Please don’t buy from them.

Much the same experience as has been echoed by everyone else. First time customer this month, I came to Skull Crusher from a rival for their Nootropic coffee, the order took 3 weeks to arrive due to a supply chain issue. Zero empathy from 'customer service' when they did eventually reply. I've just logged on to try and push my subscription back a week as the order was so delayed I still have some left and I can't even get into my management page to manage my subscription. Have emailed but I'm not holding my breath.
No order received and no true update
Ordered coffee over two weeks ago but not arrived. Royal Mail tracker says awaiting package from sender? Skull Crusher Amanda say that Royal Mail have lost it? Who is telling the truth? They said that they would resend but no new despatch email. Looking on Royal Mail tracker still same message dated 19th September? No replies to my further emails. Cannot believe this!

Ordered a subscription on a promotion which should have come with a mug and coffee dripper. Order came and no dripper. I emailed and got told they were on back order and to wait two weeks. Two weeks go by and nothing. They stopped replying to emails. About a month later I leave a bad review and get a dm on Facebook asking what happened. I typed out my issues and it got left on read. Ordered, Delays- contacted them & told supply issues, delayed again, then was sent to wrong address even after informing them the new address before dispatch, left there in the open, nobody at location for next few months. Contacted customer services for 4th Time (of a total of 12 emails, their contact page & Facebook), but once I told them they were responsible for sending to wrong address & either send a new order to me now or Refund Me, they then no longer replied at all except to send me 2 'How did we do' emails. I did respond to say how bad they are.
Now no coffee no mug, no cash, no refund. Feel like I've been scammed.

Coffee OK but customer service STINKS.....
The first order (subscription) was great, I got the item I ordered in a timely manner with the free mug as stated.
The second order came in OK, and again I got a differnt mug, (which I was not expecting), but it appears you get a mug each month when a subscriber.
I decided to up my subscription to a more expensive product, and chose my free mug.
The coffee arrived but no mug?
I emailed asking abut this and explaining that my subscription was now more expensive havung upgraded and I was disappointed that the free mug was not there.
I got a reply 2 days later appologising and saying they would send out another cup asap.
2 weeks later and several attempts to contact them via email I get a message stating "as a subscriber you are entitled to a new cup ONLY when a new design is released", " if you want a new mug please order one from the online store."
so I got a mug in the first lot, I got a differnt mug in the second lot, and then when I upgraded to a product twice the price and chose the mug design I wanted, I get told I'm not entitled?
Coffee is OK, (not brilliant) and I would have been happy to keep paying my subscription, however after havibg to chase my missing items, then being told a replacement would be sent, then being ignored for two weeks, and then finally being told I'm not getting one, means I have no choice but to leave, I will not be treated like this.

ordered coffee for my brothers birthday got locked into a subscription service first order went fine 2nd order got billed on the 26th of august its now the 8th of september coffee has not been shipped and i asked for a refund and had to confirm twice i wanted a refund on my order once confirmed the customer service team went quiet and stopped responding i want my money back as i did not get the coffee and at this point i dont want it anymore im done with this company! plus the reason they said they did not ship my order was because they were missing a ingredient for a item i did not even order what a poor excuse from a sham company

No issues at all. I was initially scared after placing the order. However, I forgot it was a bank holiday. I ordered on the 21st and just received it now on the 30th. Obviously, they are a popular company and have a lot to do. So bear with them 🖤🤘 I bought the coffee because I love coffee. However, they have CBD-infused coffee, and I have psoriasis, COPD, HS, along with other health issues, so any CBD is a winner, especially with COFFEE!

Twice theyve invented a subscription and taken money.
I've been a customer for years but never wanted a subscription. However, on 2 occasions they've invented a subscription and charged me ( I spot purchase 5 bags at a time so it's a hefty unexpected outlay when they invent an order).
No stock, no updates, no refund....
I placed an order on the 01 Aug. After 7 days with no shipping update I contacted the company to ask for an update, either the order is shipped in the next 24hrs or to refund the order. The company explained they were waiting on an ingredient and that the order would be shipped the following week. I contacted them again on the 19 Aug to request the same thing, again they came back saying they were waiting on an ingredient and the order would be shipped the following week. I have again requested a refund and for the order to be cancelled, no further communication since. I was keen to try this brand but the fact they sell items that are not in stock, with no warning about delays, is deceptive and just seems bad practice. Hopefully I can get my money back....

The company doesn't make it clear that you will be tied into atleast 3 orders from them if you join the subscription. Yes it's on a separate page but not made obvious to you as you place your first order. They claim it's to stop you from making one order and cancelling your subscription. But how is this a good deal if you are forced into paying full price for the next two months, basically wiping any discount you would have possibly made to begin with 😂.
The coffee is alright, not really to my taste but that isn't my issue, it's the company. The response time for emails is quite pathetic too
