Cheap, no collagen. Not made for larger European heads. CHinese low quality. Scam! Don’t buy!

Total scam. No product delivered, no responses to emails. Order tracker hasn’t changed a month later.

Skult have reached an all time low. I emailed requesting a refund multiple times within legal frameworks and have received not one reply. I kept on requesting my money back and now they have deleted and retracted all the emails in the timeline. They have no intentions of honouring any honest good customer service. They have never once acknowledged that there is an issue with the product they supplied to me. They are only interested in taking vast sums of money for pathetically shoddy merchandise then chase you relentlessly afterwards seeking good online reviews from you. I would not recommend or trust this company in the slightest.

Not sure how they calculated the "one-size" but it's way too small. Even though the fabric is stretchy, it does not stretch enough to fit my ears and around my head. This product is definitely not as pictured on their website. The image on the website looks much more high-end and comfortable. The customer service is nonexistent. Anyone who isn't happy with their order can forget ever getting a refund or replacement. I wish I had checked the reviews here before ordering this useless piece of spandex. Total SCAM!

Never received anything, didn't get update on my order, contacted them twice and didn't receive any message they are ether incompetent or thieves but this is why I pay by PayPal.

Do not order!!! They are thieves.

Oordered 28 feb and paid premium delivery , still not received , and they are not even replying to emails . DO NOT BUY .

Wish I had read the reviews before have not tried it yet but I will write a review once tried but waited 4 weeks

This product is NOT what was advertised. It took over 3 weeks to arrive, as it came from China, and not Europe. It has a thick seam under the chin, which leaves a huge indentation after just a few seconds. The ear holes are also in the wrong place… absolute scam artists. They’re now Ignoring my emails requesting a refund.

I cannot comment on the goods, because they have mysteriously vanished. Despite receiving an email saying it was in its way today and I must stay in to receive it. Well obviously I wouldn’t be doing that,but worse-when I got to the bottom of the email discovered they had missed a vital part of the address they were provided. The Apartment number! In a block of 30 flats that’s not going to be ok. Well since they told me it was coming today all I could do was put my name on the letter box and hope the delivery driver realised. But it was NOT coming… strangely the barrage of emails id been receiving daily “it’s being packed” “it’s. being shipped” “it’s coming today” etc stopped -I got no reply to the email I sent that day nor to a follow up. When will I learn to read trust pilot first? They are now totally ignoring me.

37460 order number. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and its still in China even though its supposed to be a European company. Scam artists.

I would have given no stars whatsoever if it were possible.

The wrap is made from shoddy cheap inferior materials. The Velcro fastener is so sharp it scratched my skin. The remainder of the fabric is worth about 1 pence and I paid over £30 for it.

It is unwearable and therefore not fit for purpose. I have made multiple requests for a refund and have been requested to send a video. This is an outrageous request

Ordered on 6th Feb. Now 18th. Package still in Asia.

I ordered a wrap and paid for expedited shipping. I received a shipping notification AND an out-for-delivery notification, only to receive another email saying my order SHIPPED the following day. When looking up the package it is coming from China.
I wanted to cancel my order, but that is not possible.
They will NOT REFUND either, ONLY store credit.
I don't want store credit because I do not want to support a scam business.

My order was placed on the 26th of January 2026.

It’s been nearly 3 weeks and I’ve got nothing but disappointment, would recommend everyone to avoid this company !

Take no notice of the delivery times, they don’t hit them in fact nearly 3 weeks and still nothing
My be a scam
