Would give zero stars if I could! Sky mobile is the worst company i have ever dealt with!! Constantly overcharging, and then give no explanation as to why. Tell me I am eligible for a swap upgrade and then do not allow it, then get lied to on the phone for a month constantly being told that I will get a phone call within 72 hours, never came. Customer service is appalling. Never in my

Sky are atrocious

I have had no problems with my Sky mobile until two months ago when l suddenly started with a shocking service which has caused me to miss important calls and texts. The standard of the phone service has only been surpassed by the shocking customer service. Numerous emails sent by people who obviously have no idea what has gone on before referring to network problems and then sim faults sending me a new sim. For the last two months l would have had better communication using two cans and a piece of string ! At the end of this episode they can’t say the service will improve and offer a derisory compensation including a half price sim offer considering it’s virtually not worked for the last two months l am totally underwhelmed by this . I might add there is no right of appeal it’s either like it or lump it. I have given them a one star review that’s for the phone service. Their customer service deserves no stars whatsoever ! It’s absolutely shocking

If I could give a 0 I would. Got my phone through sky and signed up to a 3 year deal with option to swap after 2 years.

Have attempted to swap after 2 years but everytime I try it says the page is not available. I have attempted to contact sky and you are passed to the worst Ai assistant that just tries to pass you onto the sky website.

Talking to an actual human is impossible and when you do get a human on live chat they just ask you to contact them.

When you contact them they try to sell you every sky product under the sun so in reality it feels impossible to swap your phone even though you signed a contact stating you could.

While all this has been going on for months the phone I currently have value is decreasing.

sky mobile customer service is beyond poor

giving one star is too generous. I was without mobile data having switched to them. for 2 weeks i called maybe 20/30 times. I was lied too , i was told to upgrade my phone, restart and we will call you back - nobody ever did. passed from one department to another. the call history was not updated so it did not show up how many times i rang. service is absolutely deplorable.

Impossible to get help when things go wrong

Attracted by great deal on iphone 17 promax took out contract and set up e sim easily went all wrong with PAC tf and ended up with transfer completed with no mobile data and ability to make calls. Chatbox failed several times took 6 attempts to get the right no to call customer services so decided if you ever need support sky mobile cannot help so cancelled within cooling off period sadly. Disgusted by complete lack of empathy and understanding of english by call centre agent steer clear of sky mobile!

SKY Harrassment to woman with serious heart condition.

For a number of YEARS SKy Mobile have harassed me for a phone I have never requested.
Today I have received another bill for £106.
I telephoned them again and the customer service were less than useless. It was very apparent I was not being listened too.
Requested to speak to senior management, passed to retentions, again asked to speak to senior management, failed again. Told staff member I will be putting a report on trust pilot and ended the call with.If you believe I owe this bill , take me to court instead of sending bailiffs to my home
I have a serious heart condition and the stress over this bill is awful

If you believe I owe this bill SKY, take me to court!

The customer service is shit i kept…

The customer service is shit i kept calling and they kept hanging up even i told them do not hang up if u do please call me back as it takes ages to call you guys because you have to go through so many security questions every time i call and those customer service people have no idea what they doing don’t speak English and they don’t understand

Disgusting Behaviour by Sky Mobile - Be Warned

Three weeks ago I was approached by sky mobile regarding a special deal for me. I have been with sky for 26 years and the contract was for £4.50 a month. I was informed there would be credit checks but as I have an excellent rating, I thought nothing more of it. At no point was I informed a hard check would be carried out. A hard search for £4.50 a month for a customer of 26 years?? As a result of this hard search my credit rating has been effected and I am not happy. At no time did they ask for my authority to do this search. As such it is unauthorised!!! I have filed a formal complaint as I am absolutely disgusted. I write this review to warn anyone out there how this company treats its long term customers and how it will treat you.

I would strongly caution against choosing Sky Mobile

On 16 June, I contacted customer services to replace my partner’s SIM after it had been set up incorrectly with the wrong replacement ID. The agent I spoke with in the cancellations team was helpful in arranging a new eSIM and also improved my partner’s deal, which I appreciated.

However, the situation escalated when the agent offered to review my own eSIM. I specifically asked whether any changes would cause issues and was reassured that they would not. Unfortunately, following these changes, my eSIM stopped working entirely.

It appears that my eSIM may have been cancelled or incorrectly merged with my partner’s SIM. I had to contact customer services again and repeat the entire situation in order to try to resolve the issue. I am now waiting for a replacement eSIM, despite being advised that these are typically issued immediately. Instead, I have been told it may take up to three days.

As of 22 June, I remain without a working SIM and have been unable to use the service I am paying for. During further contact with customer services this morning, I received inconsistent and unclear information, which has added to the frustration and lack of confidence in the support provided.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. The handling of the issue and the lack of clear, accurate communication have been unprofessional. I am currently paying for a service that I cannot use.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue, along with an explanation of what went wrong and appropriate compensation for the loss of service.

While staff have acknowledged my frustration, there has been no effective action taken to resolve the issue, which is concerning.

I would strongly caution against choosing Sky Mobile based on my experience. The service has been consistently unsatisfactory and has fallen significantly below reasonable expectations.

In particular, the level of customer support has been inadequate, and the overall value for money is poor. The experience has been frustrating and, in my view, not reflective of the standards one should expect from a major provider. I regret not conducting more thorough research before committing

Stay far far away from this company

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had: I ordered a MacBook Air and a charger, paying £273 upfront—everything seemed fine at that stage. The items were dispatched for delivery, but Sky then asked the delivery company to return them, apparently because I hadn’t passed the credit check; you’d expect them to verify this before dispatch. The real difficulty arose when trying to reclaim my money—it became an absolute nightmare, and I ultimately had to dispute the payment with my bank to recover it. Their customer service is also deeply disappointing, with many staff not speaking fluent English.

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Try to speak to someone to resolve the abysmal 4G signal outside your home get passed around departments like a hot potato. I got passed to customer retention team, he couldn’t help so i asked him what the complaint procedure is he transferred me again!! Worst company i’ve ever had to deal with.

shocking customer services

Never had a call to leave a bad review about sky but after a call to customer services tonight what a utter joke no customer service skills they wanted me to do all the ringing round when it should be sky not me. This was after my so called delivery did not turn up after I waited all day for this item. And then to top it of the delivery company DPD lying saying sorry we missed you when they never came and I have CCTV proof of this and you credit me £15 for sitting in the house all day when I could have been at work and made allot more than this in 1 min.

Awful, steer clear... Red flags!!!

Awful! Do not use Sky mobile for your phone. I've been on the phone for 40 minutes today alone, being led around by the nose. I'm not even sure that they were feeding me the right information. I already had a complaint but they emailed saying they'd tried to contact me to resolve it but there's no evidence of this and I havent missed a call.
I'm having major issues with my phone and have missed important (medical, work etc.) calls due to technical issues. The phone rings but when I pick up, we can't hear each other.
The only solution they offer involves me not having a phone for days or up to a week while they investigate what's wrong, or for me to drive 3 hours to a service centre. Obviously neither of these are acceptable.
Each time I speak to someone, I hear the same script: in essence, 'computer says no'. Or I'd have to pay more for a new contract to get another phone. Why should I get penalised when the phone is useless? All I want is a working phone and for them to send me a replacement before I send the old one back. Then I can transfer the data and they can do the investigations themselves, on their own time. Even better, they should upgrade me for free to the much better S26 model for all the stress and inconvenience I've had.
I've asked for it to be escalated but still get no joy. There is no way I can be without communication via phone in this day and age, which is the service I am paying them for.
They don't even want to speak to you, really. First you have to go through all the 'DIY' troubleshooters and then to a bot, and then the final hurdle of multiple options via the phone whose number is eventually revealed like magic when all other options are exhausted. Speaking of exhausted, this is almost as stressful as being with Three! I thought it couldn't get much worse than them, but I could be wrong.

Useless

Useless, don't waste your time and money.
Customer service lies, you have issue with your mobile they will be telling you for weeks that there is a mast issue.
Connection is rubbish, imagine you are in a queue wait8ng for your call to be answered for 40 min, finally your tern and the call disconnets... every SINGLE TIME!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I specifically requested a 512GB device but was supplied with a 256GB model instead. I was also told that the tablet would be free, yet I later discovered that I am being charged for it monthly. In addition, I was informed that no discounts were available, but a VIP discount was apparently applied while I was still being charged for a tablet that I neither wanted nor requested.

What is most concerning is that I contacted the company within three hours of agreeing to the contract to cancel the order after realising the information I had been given did not match the agreement. I was told that cancellation was not possible and that I would have to wait until the handset was delivered before any action could be taken.

Overall, I feel that the sales process was misleading and deceptive. The device, pricing, and terms I received did not match what was explained to me before I agreed to the contract. The refusal to cancel shortly after the sale only added to my frustration and has left me with serious concerns about the transparency and fairness of the company's practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service and have requested that the contract be cancelled.

Awful

Awful. We tried to buy 2 phones. Apparently sky say we are gold customers due to how long we have been with them and if this is how they treat gold customers I would hate to see how they treat silver customers. They lied to us, made us put the order through 3 times promising us the mistakes they made during previous calls wouldn’t matter and each time promising they would resolve the issues. We’ve now gone to EE to buy the phones and they sorted them out straight away, we got a better deal and can use our sky sims however I intend to go elsewhere for that on principle. Sky blatantly lied to us so many times.
