ordered and received two blinds but only one set of end pieces which are needed to fit blinds so had to wait for another week ,both blinds fitted and working well

The blind I ordered was a perfect fit for my window and very easy to fit. The ‘blurb’ claimed that it could be fitted in 5 minutes and when I heard that I thought - right - that will take all day then but I was wrong. It took me longer to actually clean the window than it did to fit it - fours screws was all that was required - and everything needed (apart from a screwdriver) was supplied. Now it is fitted it looks great - should have bought one years ago!

I am very pleased with my blinds they are doing a great job in this heat in keeping my room cooler. was a little disapointed that the packaging was damaged and fixings were missing from one box. contacted Skylight blinds and was offered replacement fixings, I asked instead could we have a code for discount on another blind we are considering ordering, but havent heard back from them.

I'm really happy with the blinds I got from Skylight Blinds. Easy to fit once you work out how the mechanism works. Instructions could be better but worked it out. They aren't joking when they say black out blinds. Order took about 2 weeks to arrive. A bit longer than I thought it would take but you can contact them and get a reply quite quickly. Great blinds at a very good price.

I had high hopes, a company to manufacture a custom size skylight blind, excellent!!
After receiving the order acknowledgement, I heard nothing until the unit arrived on my doorstep over a month later, no progress report and no delivery details...... To be honest, I thought I'd been the subject of a fake website scam!
When the unit finally arrived, it broke immediately, my fault for pulling it too far out of the cartridge, but to be fair, there's were no warning of any description not to! A simple red sticker indicating not to withdraw the blind before mounting would have gone a long way!
Took me an hour of fiddling to remount the blind and it never worked properly again!
Let that be a warning to you!

When I ordered the blind the person helping me said was being made Britain,but when I got am email it was from the Netherlands.
It was a wait being delivered,but I was able to track quite easily,although it was custom made,it was only three weeks until it was delivered.The quality of the blind is exceptional,customer service brilliant,I had made a slight error in the delivery address,I emailed customer service and they came straight back to me the next day,they had put right the delivery address straight away.
So impressed.Thank you.
