Blind took a little longer to arrive than expected but arrived safely. The product was well packed and very simple and easy to install, highly recommend watching the installation video. Looks great, seems really good quality and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Sadly, very poor experience. The blind never arrived. It was routed through N. Ireland, and never made it across the Irish Sea. The communication from customer services suggested that a new blind would be dispatched, but there was no tracking, and no blind a month later - during all of the hot summer weather. Sadly unable to recommend

After initial June heatwave, I ordered several skylight blinds for some fairly old (15 years old+) VELUX units. Delivery prompt, dimensions spot on and fitting was easy. Really happy with the products and service offered and delivery tracking was reliable

Very disappointed, placed an order on 30th June and still no update atall .
I gave emailed multiple times taking days to try and get a response. Was told lead time around 7-10days but this wasn't the estimated delivery time at checkout when placing order.

The tracking status hasn't changed since the day I placed order, just says in production even 12days on.

It took me a while to order a new blind after my old one broke and I just taped it shut! I wasn't sure about getting one of these blind, but the delivery was fast and the quality is amazing, it was so easy and quick to fit and I am really pleased with it, fits perfectly and i prefer it to my old one. Delivered within the week during a heatwave, we were really impressed with our blackout blinds. They fitted exactly, measuring was easy and installation was only tricky because we were up a ladder. The blinds are a perfect fit and work wonderfully for our velux windows. We chose skylight blinds as they are a UK firm and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new blinds.

Finding the correct blind for my Velux windows on the website then selecting the colour was easy.
Delivery was fast & carriage very reasonable.
The blinds were nicely packaged, the installation instructions were clear & the blinds quick & easy to install, using the 4 screws which are guided into place, so hard to get it wrong.
The blinds feel good quality, the closing/opening movement is smooth, altogether we are very happy with them.

The blinds were easy to fit with four screws and went in perfectly. They really have made a difference in my very hot south facing kitchen. Thankyou
