We found Skyline Outdoor Living on this platform, paid $3,000, and received nothing in return. We were promised a final rendering and a clear project timeline before any construction would begin — neither was ever delivered.
we raised our concerns, communication was inconsistent and our formal refund requests went completely unanswered. The owner ultimately agreed in writing to issue a full refund and failed to follow through on that commitment as well.
Upon further research, we found that Skyline Outdoor Living does not appear to hold an active license with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). We have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, TDLR, Texas Secretary of State, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Better Business Bureau, and are actively pursuing recovery through Texas Small Claims Court.
