Embarrassingly, we hadn’t changed our mattress for far too long, and discovered that the options have vastly improved.
After much deliberation over a great choice of mattresses, we went for the Pristine 3000, medium firm.
The order went through on Tuesday, and by Saturday 7am our new mattress was on our bed - and we live on the north Aberdeenshire coast!
The delivery guys were fabulous - they managed to negotiate a fairly tight set of stairs in our cottage, and all with great good humour. 😄
The Pristine 3000 is an absolute revelation - it’s sooo comfortable.
It’s just the right amount of soft on top but it’s still very firm and is absolutely right for our requirements.
We received a follow-up call 3 days later to check if we were satisfied with everything…we definitely are!

. Customer service was great they explained what all the specifications mean to me.
They seem to specialise in pillow top mattresses but i got a regular double mattress. It feels high quality and is durable.

Pain relief mattresses
I bought 3 mattresses (Double, Small Double and Single) for my family. I chose a very firm Double PINNACLE 5000 mattress which supports me properly for back pain relief. My children are so happy with their pressure relieving kids mattresses as well. The mattresses were delivered fast and the delivery guys were so helpful as they took the mattresses to our room of choice. I have already recommended the PINNACLE 5000 mattress to one of my friends. I must say this company is excellent in their products and customer service - affordable prices for the premium mattresses.

Fantastic customer service
I looked at many websites to find the perfect mattress for us. I after reading many reviews and specs selected the Sleep Harvester PINNACLE 5000 mattress. after a little confusion caused by the wrong text coming from the delivery company I received my mattress only a few days after ordering. At this point I am still noticing a smell but its fading and I am following the care instructions to the letter. The mattress is firm and doesn't give under our weight as other mattresses we have had always did. When my husband moves in bed it is not as noticeable as with other mattresses. He has had improved sleep quality and I have also noticed the difference in my pain in my joints being lowered. I would recommend this mattress and the company are so helpful even having tools on their website to ensure you select the best mattress . They also will answer any questions and go above and beyond.

Perfect Bed and Mattress
I purchased a sleep Harvester bed and a pinnacle 5000 mattress. It was delivered this evening by the lovely owner of the company ILYAS and his team. They not only delivered the bed but they took it upstairs to the room put it together for us, what customer service. They were all very polite, respectful and professional. Not something you get much of these days not to mention the owner of the company coming to meet his customers. The Bed and mattress are truly majestic and super luxurious. After spending thousands on beds and mattresses I cannot belief the quality and standard of these items for what they cost. If your looking for a new bed I recommend a visit to sleep Harvester site and even call ILYAS who will support you directly. Great company, excellant support and superb value and quality.

We order mattress two weeks ago but size was wrong so they come and check after that they made to size for same money i did not pay any more for different size. Very good comunication, quicck respond to any messages

Very Good Buy
I made this purchase on the 13/02/2026. Being disabled it was/is an impossibility for me to visit furniture stores and and actually test out/lay on mattresses, but I was in desperate need of a new mattress so I had to do something. After hours of online research The Pocket Spring Mattress 5000 Pillow Top Double Mattress King Size Mattress by Sleep Harvester appeared to be the outstanding buy. Having now slept on it for well over a month I am delighted. The guys who delivered it were also great.

Very positive experience with the seller. I first bought a king-size mattress to my new bed. I must admit that after a couple of nights sleep on the mattress my back pain slowly was gone. Great positive for customer service. Quick response to any questions.

Luxuriously supportive for my back
With PINNACLE 5000 mattress, I have a wonderful sleeping experience as I needed an extra thick, firm, supportive but sumptuous mattress as I'm suffering from back pain. Since I started using this mattress, my back pain has reduced and my sleep quality has improved. Sleep Harvester helped me to choose a right mattress for my needs, my sleeping position and body weight. The customer service before and after delivery was excellent as the delivery team helped me set up the new mattress and moved the old mattress outside for recycling. This is really a high quality, premium mattress with an affordable price. I tried to find a mattress for heavy people in the high street retailers but the prices were astronomically high. I made a right decision to buy from Sleep Harvester. Thank you Sleep harvester customer service for your recommendations for the right mattress for my back pain and weight category.

This company was excellent. I did order the super King mattress but it was too big. They took it back gave me a refund and then made a suggestion that the zip mattresses will be better for super King and easier to take upstairs. I spent weeks mattress hunting then found this company placed my order they apologies says they was closed for a couple off days which wasn’t a big deal we all need days off
But then surprised me they went out off there way to get the mattress out to me can’t fault theses guys fast professional well packed less than 24 hrs delivery by Dx
I will purchase from these guys again please support there small business it’s just what we need in to days world fast polite and speedy

Mattress arrived checked all over was delivered safely by company. Didn’t send feedback till after sleep. First good night sleep in a long time. Suffering from spinal problems. Found not so bad the next morning. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress.

5000 spring pocket matress extra firm
I bought a 5000 spring pocket extra firm mattress (£340) as I have had spinal surgery. The owner rang me with delivery day and a time between 4pm-9pm .. on delivery day the owner rang me again to say he would be with me between 6pm and 6.30pm .. he arrived at 6.15pm and both men carried the mattress in for me . They were so pleasant and couldn't do enuf for me I would deffo recommend the mattress is excellent quality and at least 28cm thick I have had the best sleep eva since surgery . Becky x
